Panta。The room itself was great, but the overall design and landscaping of the entire property were absolutely stunning. The Japanese garden layout, combined with the spacious and beautiful public areas, especially after a rain, created an incredible atmosphere perfect for photos. The butler service was excellent, and the food was pretty good too.

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations! The entire courtyard is massive, nestled against the mountains, offering a tranquil and peaceful retreat. The exterior is charmingly antique, with numerous tea tables where you can chat and enjoy drinks with friends. Inside, the rooms are very modern and stylishly decorated.
I absolutely loved the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling mountain view window in the room. Facing the mist-shrouded green hills, I felt completely at peace, and a sense of calm joy spontaneously arose within me.
The guesthouse's location is excellent. Turn right and walk for five minutes to reach the ancient town behind the mountain, where you can enjoy an evening stroll and experience the local vibe. Turn left, and you'll quickly arrive at the picturesque Wulonggou scenic area.
The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive, answering all my questions and proactively offering many practical travel tips. I've already recommended it to my family and friends, and I look forward to visiting again!

Honestly, I never write reviews, but this time I stayed in such a high-end guesthouse, so I just had to! First, it was my wife and my first time visiting Mount Qingcheng. When I first saw the price, I was a bit hesitant. But to make my wife happy, I went for it. We arrived quite late, so after a quick check-in, I took a bath and went straight to bed. The next morning, oh my goodness, I was truly amazed. The mountains, mist, birdsong, fragrant flowers, and running water all combined to create an absolutely stunning experience. It felt like stumbling into a fairyland! For breakfast, honestly, the variety isn't huge, but it's incredibly delicious! Especially since the guesthouse has its own bread oven, so the bread is freshly baked – you know what I mean. I had no desire to go out and explore. Since we checked in late, I discussed with the housekeeper to extend our check-out to 2 PM, and by chance, we ended up having afternoon tea! What a pleasant surprise. All in all, it far exceeded my expectations! Maybe it's what living the life of the rich feels like! Highly recommend!

The hotel's architecture and environment truly exceeded my expectations! The courtyard was brimming with vibrant spring flowers and plants, making rainy-day photos look like they had a built-in filter. The interplay of light and shadow on the wooden buildings created such a gentle and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel comfortable and at ease from check-in to check-out. My experience was absolutely fantastic, five-star rating! [laughing emoji]

Guest UserFacilities: The facilities are mostly in good condition, except for the tea room being under construction. One curtain in our room was broken, hanging halfway and looking unsightly, and we weren't informed about it. All the curtains were a bit too short, so we could see the outdoor lights even at 11 PM when trying to sleep.
Hygiene: Our room had a courtyard, and the tatami mat in the courtyard had some fallen leaves and dust. The sun umbrella had standing water from the rain, hanging right over our heads. It was clear that it hadn't been double-checked before guest arrival, which was a bit disappointing.
Environment: Absolutely wonderful, every corner was picture-perfect and enchanting. The garden was very well-maintained.
Service:
1: The hotel's signs weren't clear enough. Initially, the driver dropped us off at the lower parking lot. Although there was a big sign, there was no indication at the entrance that vehicles could continue further, which was confusing for both the driver and us. Since the second parking lot is closest to the front desk, why not put up a larger sign at the entrance?
2: We checked in standing up. There were clearly sofas available, but we weren't offered a seat, nor were we offered any welcome tea or drinks. The difference compared to Relais & Chateau in France is very noticeable.
3: The front desk responded promptly and actively dealt with issues. However, the kitchen closing at 8 PM is a bit early.
4: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was excellent.
Welcome Fruit: The fruit in the room was very fresh.
Minibar: The selection was great.

Guest UserMy friends and I stumbled upon this hidden gem while vacationing in Qingcheng Mountain, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The 'Little Kyoto' vibe here feels even more vibrant than in Chengdu, with courtyards built into the mountainside, blending Chinese Zen with Japanese elegance. Every photo I took was stunning, even without filters. The private hot spring in Qingcheng Mountain was absolutely amazing; the mountain breeze on my face and the warm spring water were incredibly soothing. A half-hour soak cured all my fatigue. The deer in the park are docile and friendly – highly recommend checking them out. The wagyu beef at dinner was top-notch, sliced and grilled fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Manager Rose provided exceptional service throughout; she was attentive without being intrusive, reserved our grill seats, and responded to all our questions instantly. Her thoughtfulness and warmth made our entire May Day holiday trip incredibly comfortable. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Qingcheng Mountain!

Upon extending our stay, the manager mentioned they'd just launched new wellness programs. They offer three complimentary sessions daily: morning exercises led by a therapist, afternoon yoga, and evening aqua therapy – absolutely fantastic!
On weekends, they also host children's craft activities. Plus, booking a stay automatically includes complimentary hot spring tickets, with over 20 different pools to enjoy.
The hallway near the breakfast restaurant has a lovely artistic ambiance.
A thoughtful touch in the room is the collapsible clothes drying rack.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Dujiangyan with my child and parents. The front desk upgraded our room, which was quiet and comfortable. They even gave us little cookies when we checked out and recommended local attractions and restaurants. The service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was delicious. I hope to stay at Tianfu Zhiyuan Hotel again next time.

First off, the facilities here are a bit newer than Hausen's. The service was excellent; I arrived quite late, and the front desk agent proactively upgraded me to a mountain view room. When I needed an extra duvet at 11 PM, it was delivered very quickly after I called. We also checked out late after enjoying the hot springs, and all our communications with staff were great. Breakfast was very abundant too! Parking and access to the front mountain for hiking were both very convenient. Extremely satisfied!
