"After hiking Mount Qingcheng yesterday, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. Their service attitude was truly excellent. Whether it was the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or any other staff member, everyone greeted us with a smile whenever we encountered them in the hotel. The room facilities and environment were also very good. Waking up in the morning to the sound of rain outside, lying in bed, and looking at the scenery outside the window was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast had a great variety too, with freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles, and even freshly ground coffee. Too bad I forgot to take photos! My friend and I both loved it, and from now on, this will be our go-to place whenever we visit Mount Qingcheng."

Plus, there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The pillows and mattress in the room are incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby! I'll definitely be staying here again next time. Five stars, highly recommended!"

"Five-star review! This hotel is located inside Guankou Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk from the Dujiangyan scenic area and Nanqiao Bridge. It's also only a 10-minute walk from Lidui Park High-Speed Rail Station. Right outside the hotel, you'll find the Yangtianwo Panda photo spot and the ancient city's food street! After enjoying the night views, I could just walk straight back to the hotel, no need to rush for a taxi at night."

"The room was clean and rather spacious. Happy that the hotel upgraded my room to a larger one from a smaller room without a private hot spring, but I was not allowed to use the private hot spring without an additional fee. Location wise decent and just a short Didi ride from the railway station and the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. Service was good and satisfactory, staff were helpful and I'm grateful they offered the free room upgrade. Amenities wise though, I was disappointed that the hot spring referred to in the hotels name was not a proper hot spring with public access, but rather small private hot springs only in certain premium rooms. Further, the staff informed that the hot spring is not natural but rather hot water. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but don't know whether it's worth the premium I thought I paid to stay at a hot spring hotel and use the facilities."

AAnonymous UserFirst off, I have to commend Six Senses Chengdu on its excellent hardware facilities, environmental hygiene, and overall ambiance. It truly lives up to its reputation as a well-known resort hotel. The pathways wind through a serene landscape, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet – it’s genuinely a great place to relax and unwind.
However, the check-in experience was a slight letdown. One of the front desk staff members was quite cold and seemed impatient throughout the process, giving off an impression of disrespect towards the customer, almost as if she was reluctant to handle the formalities. What was even more baffling was that she only “remembered” to give us a detailed explanation of the hotel facilities after being prompted by another staff member nearby. For a luxury hotel, such a lapse in service detail is quite frankly below standard. I hope the hotel will invest more in staff training so that the front desk's 'coldness' doesn't dampen guests' 'warm' expectations for their vacation.

TTessa.AFantastic location right in the heart of the attractions we stayed in Dujiangyan for 2 nights as we wanted to take our time to see Dujiangyan rather then day trips from the city worth it! Great service always greeted us with a smile the big bath tub was the best after a long day walking.
Staff were always attentive even with the language barrier (we did try to learn ha) patient and kind.
Reccomend this stay the walls are thin and can get noisy at night but calms down the location it is to be expected.
Would stay here again if we are ever back in Dujiangyan:)

GGuest UserWe booked a family suite, and the room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The kids especially loved it. In the evening, we went to the hot springs. The hot springs were outdoors, very close to the hotel, and the water temperature was perfect. Although it was winter and the outside temperature was low, we didn't feel cold walking back after our soak. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, five stars!

AAnonymous UserWe went to this hotel with our son as he was doing research at the mountain. It's very convenient to go to the mountain from the hotel, you can walk or get a 10min Didi. The hot springs are very good, and I enjoyed taking massages in the spa (you do pay extra for them). Everything is very convenient, and you can request a shuttle from the hotel to the hot springs, but it's a 5min walk anyway, so we never used this.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's easily accessible by car after visiting Dujiangyan, allowing for a relaxed and unhurried trip. I recommend booking a day in advance so you can choose your preferred room type and even unlock the trendy 'floating breakfast' experience.
The hotel facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive. The private hot springs in the courtyard offer excellent privacy, and the guest rooms are elegant and comfortable. Outdoors, there's a spacious lawn where kids can play freely and have a blast all day long. The staff provides attentive and thoughtful service, responding promptly, with care evident in every detail.
Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, you can fully immerse yourself in the slow-paced mountain life here and completely relax your mind and body. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Mount Qingcheng.

MMarvin Zacariasperhaps one of the most comfortable stays ive ever had in China! the man was friendly enough to guide us to our room, as the villa is really big to navigate through, but the environment is so calm and quiet. really cathartic just roaming around. their garden is well kept and the flowers smells beautiful! and their rooms are well kept as well, as cleanliness is clearly their top priority. really satisfied with our stay here! thank you very much.

AAnonymous UserDuring the Qingming holiday, we visited the Dujiangyan Scenic Area and specifically chose a B&B close to where you can see the 'blue tears.' It turned out to be a really great choice! 'Xian Zai Hou She B&B' is only about 20-30 meters away from 'Tianfu Yuan Langqiao,' where you can see the 'blue tears.' The common area of the B&B is very spacious, filled with lots of greenery, and elegantly decorated. There's a ping-pong room and a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy tea. Our family room was very large, with a bar counter and a traditional tea table. Cups, cooking utensils, and a complete Kung Fu tea set were all provided. The bathtub, towels, and blankets were all quite new, and the entire room was spotless. After adding them on WeChat, any questions we had were answered within seconds, and someone was immediately sent to help us. Overall, our family was very satisfied with their service.

GGuest UserIt was what I expected. It was just a little dusty. My little friend had a runny nose. But it didn't hinder my little friend. He liked this place. He wanted to go out and play when he woke up. The bathroom was leaking a little. They came to fix it quickly in the middle of the night. They also said they would change rooms directly. They would come again if they had the chance. It was just that the dust needed to be fixed. My nose was uncomfortable.
