Guest UserI chose this hotel for a business trip. Its location in town is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The hotel's own cafe is beautiful, with a lush green courtyard. They even gave us complimentary drink vouchers at check-in, which was a lovely touch! The pool is huge and very refreshing in summer. The room was also very spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Plus, you can see Mount Qingcheng in the distance, which was a pleasant surprise! I'm very satisfied and will definitely bring my family back here for a vacation to Mount Qingcheng next time.

Guest UserAbsolutely perfect! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The room was huge, and both the bed and sofa were very cozy. The service was fantastic. Miss Kiko arranged everything for us, both what we thought of and what we didn't, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. We stayed at Six Senses before coming here, and Songpin offers incredible value for money. Plus, the travel photos turned out absolutely stunning! Superb!
If you're here for hiking, don't choose the multi-story villas. We were completely exhausted and couldn't even manage the stairs anymore. 😂

Honestly, I never write reviews, but this time I stayed in such a high-end guesthouse, so I just had to! First, it was my wife and my first time visiting Mount Qingcheng. When I first saw the price, I was a bit hesitant. But to make my wife happy, I went for it. We arrived quite late, so after a quick check-in, I took a bath and went straight to bed. The next morning, oh my goodness, I was truly amazed. The mountains, mist, birdsong, fragrant flowers, and running water all combined to create an absolutely stunning experience. It felt like stumbling into a fairyland! For breakfast, honestly, the variety isn't huge, but it's incredibly delicious! Especially since the guesthouse has its own bread oven, so the bread is freshly baked – you know what I mean. I had no desire to go out and explore. Since we checked in late, I discussed with the housekeeper to extend our check-out to 2 PM, and by chance, we ended up having afternoon tea! What a pleasant surprise. All in all, it far exceeded my expectations! Maybe it's what living the life of the rich feels like! Highly recommend!

Guest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to share my experience! The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The modern toilet was a standout feature – clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s hot spring facilities, which were incredibly relaxing and offered a wonderful way to unwind after hiking at青城后山.
The local home-cooked breakfast was delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead.
What really made our stay memorable, though, was the amazing service from the boss. He was incredibly helpful and approachable, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After checkout, he even helped us hail and contact Didi driver, which was a huge convenience.
One down side was the wrong advice given and wasted our 30mins walk to find cable car back to town had already ended service and we had to find our way down ourselves.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

Guest UserOverall, this hotel offers a good experience, with an environment and scenery that are quite rare for Qingcheng Mountain. The hotel's main focus is on environmental protection. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the entire service team is well-trained and professional. I hope they can further upgrade the infrastructure and offer a wider variety of dishes. Adding more guidance for family-friendly services, along with more engaging and enthusiastic explanations and interactions, could significantly improve the hotel's overall service quality. I hope they continue to strive for excellence; it's still a very good and popular resort hotel. If you're not concerned about value for money and simply want to enjoy a slow-paced lifestyle, I would recommend it.

Extremely satisfied! The environment is great, very clean, with no strange odors, and it feels simple yet luxurious. The bathroom has a rain shower and is designed with a wet/dry separation, and the bedding is comfortable. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind. They picked us up from the high-speed rail station and dropped us off there, helped us plan our itinerary, and even booked a car for us to Qingcheng Mountain. We also ordered a pot of chicken soup at the hotel one evening; it felt very healthy and tasted delicious and fresh. Anyone with good taste won't go wrong choosing this place, and the hotel is also very photogenic!

Upon extending our stay, the manager mentioned they'd just launched new wellness programs. They offer three complimentary sessions daily: morning exercises led by a therapist, afternoon yoga, and evening aqua therapy – absolutely fantastic!
On weekends, they also host children's craft activities. Plus, booking a stay automatically includes complimentary hot spring tickets, with over 20 different pools to enjoy.
The hallway near the breakfast restaurant has a lovely artistic ambiance.
A thoughtful touch in the room is the collapsible clothes drying rack.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

Guest UserThe concierge service at the front desk was excellent. They gave us hot spring tickets when we checked in, and soaking in the hot spring after hiking Mount Qingcheng was just heavenly! The room size was decent, bright, and clean. The smart toilet was a nice touch, and the windows opened wider than in other hotels, which was great for ventilation. Breakfast was plentiful; the walnut brioche at the bread station was especially delicious, especially with orange marmalade and butter. Anyway, I highly recommend staying here!
