Excellent
BbuyaoA must stay if you are in the area. Incredibly peaceful scenery with every modern amenity. It is possible, simultaneously, to feel completely secluded in nature, and in bliss at a five star resort.
All of the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The private hot spring bath and pool with the view are priceless.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful retreat from the business of most cities.

JJiekebaThe environment and room hygiene were both excellent. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who handled guest arrivals – she did an outstanding job! Also, you absolutely must try the chicken soup at the hotel; it's highly recommended. A half portion is perfect for two people.

GGuest UserOne of the most satisfying hotel stays I've had in recent years. The location is excellent, very close to Mount Qingcheng, and there's a night market nearby in the evenings. The environment is fantastic with fresh air. The hotel's interior design is grand and very comfortable. The two observation decks are definitely a bonus. The two front desk staff (checked in on May 8th) were super nice. After the room upgrade, it was spacious, and the private hot spring inside was incredibly comfortable. There was also coffee provided on the second day. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would come back if I have the chance, or recommend it to family and friends. As for the price, I personally think it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to share my experience! The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The modern toilet was a standout feature – clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s hot spring facilities, which were incredibly relaxing and offered a wonderful way to unwind after hiking at青城后山.
The local home-cooked breakfast was delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead.
What really made our stay memorable, though, was the amazing service from the boss. He was incredibly helpful and approachable, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After checkout, he even helped us hail and contact Didi driver, which was a huge convenience.
One down side was the wrong advice given and wasted our 30mins walk to find cable car back to town had already ended service and we had to find our way down ourselves.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

XXiaodaitaodedashuThe room was very comfortable and spacious enough. The best part was that the two twin beds were 1.8m and 1.5m respectively, so everyone slept well. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactively provided information. It was a bit of a shame that the restaurant was under renovation, so we missed breakfast, but there are plenty of dining options near the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay overall. I didn't take any pictures, but the hotel is also very conveniently located for visiting Dujiangyan. The bedding and bathroom were both very clean.

BBinghuiI booked a 3 night stay at this homestay. Its location is slightly above Tai An Ancient Town, 1km away. Service from the butlers were fantastic as I was added into a group chat with all the butlers and all were very responsive to my needs and queries. I appreciate very much their car shuttle service which allows me to book as and when I like to go to the Tai A town or the hiking starting point. Every morning I woke up hearing the birds chirping. As this is a homestay, there is no sound proofing. But ear plugs are provided in the room. Free daily breakfast was yummy, especially the wanton noodle soup. Drinking complimentary afternoon tea with snacks in my balcony was lovely. The unblocked view of the mountains and low lying clouds are therapeutic. The personal onsen in my room was the best, soaking in hot water with an unblocked mountain scenery was extremely chilling. I ordered herbal chicken soup for dinner, it came with 2 servings of vegetables and free rice. The food quantity was very filling for 2 of us. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to detox in the mountain countryside. Even though price was a little steep but it’s every money worth.

AAnonymous UserService: The service from a few of the front desk staff, both guys and girls, was absolutely fantastic. They were warm and polite. We mentioned we were worried about noise from renovations, and they helped us upgrade our room. Honestly, it feels like this Atour hotel is completely carried by the excellent service of these front desk staff.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is genuinely concerning. The kettle actually had instant noodles inside, and there was dust everywhere. The floors clearly hadn't been cleaned with a professional cleaning solution. I personally think the hygiene is really quite poor. Also, there was a bad smell coming from the drains, which would be very unpleasant for anyone sensitive to odors.

This place was exactly like the photos – super nice with amazing service. The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride to the Qingcheng Mountain entrance and the Qingcheng Railway Station. If you’re planning to hike up Qingcheng Mountain, I totally recommend staying here.
1.The room was super spacious and looked just like the pictures. Everything felt fresh, clean, and super comfy.
2.The bed was really soft, and all the amenities were modern and well thought out.
3.The staff were friendly, helpful, and just really lovely overall.
4.Great location – close to Qingcheng Station and the mountain.
5.Breakfast is included, but sadly we woke up too late to try ๆit. Next time for sure! We did have lunch there though, and it was delicious.
6.Honestly, everything was great. Totally worth every penny.

MmeestermodaoWent during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

GGuest UserI liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad.
I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either).
As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office.
A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain).
On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan.
Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.
