Great experience at the Blossom House. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Mount Qingcheng and there are a few really nice eating places nearby. Perfect location for what we wanted to do on this trip. The room is modern, stylish, spacious and has very comfortable beds. Gigantic bathroom with his and hers sinks and separate shower and bathtub. The service here is second to none - there’s no shortage of personal touch everywhere and if you’re late for breakfast the staff will always try to accommodate you - thanks so much for this as I arrived still badly jet lagged. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. 很棒的一次家庭度假入住体验。我们都非常满意，有机会肯定会再来。酒店离青城山步行很方便，几分钟就到了。晚上去店外吃饭很方便，但工作人员仍然安排了车送我们去的餐厅，其实不远，我们用完以后就自己走回来的。这次住了三晚，入住的时候加了微信，有什么需要沟通非常方便，工作人员特别友好耐心，有什么要求很主动地帮忙，而且是前台、客房、餐厅各部门都这样。我们去的时候泡汤人也不多，而且汤池好像要开到凌晨，外出回来得晚也没关系。很感谢涵涵，小沈和云澈、阿会让我们住得这么开心舒适！

Lovely hotel right beside the sightseeing car that takes you to the front gate of Mount Qingcheng. It is also a short 3 min walk across the station. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Chinese style. Hotel is new. They even provided us with a lovely fruit platter at checkin and upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi. We spent two nights here. It is also convenient to get to dujiangyan and the panda centers around the region. Highly recommended.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

There are no clothes hooks around the hot spring pool, which is not very convenient for hanging clothes. It would be great if a few more could be added. In addition, it is recommended that the housekeeper contact the guests in advance to help fill the hot spring pool with water so that you can enjoy the comfort of taking a hot spring bath as soon as you arrive in the room. The delivery time of this breakfast deviated from the original plan. The rice noodles were dry before the hot spring pool was filled with water, which affected the dining experience. I hope that the delivery time can be optimized. I look forward to the hotel getting better and better in the future, and I will choose to stay again next time if I have the chance!

It is very close to the Tai'an Ancient Town on foot, which is convenient for dining nearby. The hotel also has meals. The service sisters are very polite and enthusiastic. I made an appointment with my friends to bring my family and children to the back mountain of Qingcheng to take a private bath and breathe fresh air. Due to the itinerary, the arrival time was 2 a.m. Before that, the owner of the homestay took the initiative to contact and care about us, which made me feel very considerate. The owner also kept the lights on for us. After arriving at the store, he came out to receive and check in immediately. After we arrived, we asked to upgrade the room. The owner also patiently took us to see other room types, and finally gave us a super preferential upgrade price. The private hot spring is very comfortable and decompressing. I heard from the boss that it is open 24 hours a day. Because we arrived in the middle of the night, we thought we couldn’t take a bath, but we could! I was surprised, a big thumbs up! The room of the homestay is clean and tidy, and the whole room is warm, which gives people a very warm feeling. His mattress uses a Mousse mattress, which is moderately soft and hard to sleep, and sleeps comfortably! The room can be called ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” to control the room lights, which is convenient and fun. My children like it very much. The boss took into account that we arrived late and took the initiative to arrange a late check-out for us. It was so considerate. This B&B stay experience was impeccable and very satisfactory.
