酒店設施很好，乾淨衞生，早餐也不錯，前合小賈小姐姐也很熱情，免費給我升級了房間。 酒店乾淨衞生，大堂有休閑區，商務區，很方便房問很舒適早餐很不錯，前台小明態度很好，我們出行提供了很多的便利，睡的很不錯，挺安靜的

酒店不錯，陳設佈局比較好，還是蠻有格調的。前台的小賈引導服務也可以，特別是小明小鄒還幫忙做了免費升級，房間大，衞生乾淨，早餐種類和味道也都還不錯。下次再來。

希爾頓的老顧客了，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便健身房很不錯，早餐也很豐盛，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。前台的引導服務做的也可以貼心小賈小明小鄒還幫忙免費升級了房間，住的很滿意！

房間整理挺乾淨的，浴室的水溫、水壓都很好，早餐也中規中矩。
唯一美中不足的是煙味，雖然預約時已經指定無菸房，但由於入住時已經沒有無菸空房，只得接受一般樓層，櫃檯人員表示會做無菸處理，如果還是不滿意，可以馬上再換房，這部分給予肯定。
打開房門後除了地毯吸附的煙味之外，甚至連備品毛巾也有微微的煙味，可能是洗衣房附近有人吸過煙，這點如果可以改進會更好，整體來說瑕不掩瑜，下次來都江堰仍會選擇入住。
