酒店各項設施都很好，很新很乾凈。早飯豐富，有室外温泉到晚上10點，園區環境非常好。有個湖有黑天鵝，住的非常舒服，感謝Reedii 謝紫彤，美女小姐姐服務周到貼心，非常好

這次都江堰的行程很完美，融創施伯格酒店的地理位置很好，離景區都很近，還幫助我們接收快遞送到房間，其中酒店服務Reedii 謝紫彤很專業，溝通及時，把我的需求都可以迅速的解決，餐食房間也沒得説，是家庭旅遊的不二之選。

入住這家酒店體驗非常好，特別是衞生要求好的客户，可以嘗試一下，房間乾淨，沒有異味，對比豪生，就感覺這家酒店體驗很好了。房間也很大，陽台可以休息，聊天，看湖景，感覺不錯。在出發前，有管家笑笑提前聯繫了我們，還給小孩單獨提供了洗漱用品。中間管家笑笑服務特別熱情周到，體驗很好，現在酒店真的很捲了。酒店園區湖也不錯，可以在湖邊散步，坐坐。
