這次都江堰的行程很完美，融創施伯格酒店的地理位置很好，離景區都很近，還幫助我們接收快遞送到房間，其中酒店服務Reedii 謝紫彤很專業，溝通及時，把我的需求都可以迅速的解決，餐食房間也沒得説，是家庭旅遊的不二之選。

去都江堰很推薦住這家，很有度假的感覺，酒店後面有自家的小公園還有湖，服務也很好，笑笑提前聯繫加了微信，後來有東西落下也及時聯繫我寄回了，特別好👍

刷視頻看到融創，就帶娃來耍兩天，訂了酒店包含滑雪和水世界的套餐，價格很便宜，服務卻很好，從我們準備出發的當天，客服管家Kiko主動聯繫到我，問房間需求什麼的，知道帶了孩子，還準備孩子用品什麼的，是比想象中好很多的服務。感謝你們的服務 還會再來的。
