An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. One of the best trips I have had and I have already started thinking about when to go next I had booked another hotel but by mistake, it was for the next weekend when I booked this hotel I just thought just book whatever is available But surprisingly it was a great place and at a much lower price. The hotel is near the Mountain sightseeing area, you can just walk 5-8 min and get the cat to the ticket counter. so the location is v good The hotel is v clean and the service is good they also gave me every day some fruits which is v nice of them girls at counters are pleasing though they cant speak English they were still eager to help Breakfast is good had the best Espresso coffee I am going to stay here again may be I will go in two weeks again

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly. The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.
