"great value, exceptional and convenient for Muslim, very near to aancient street, south bridge, scenic area and selfie panda. All within walking range . From hotel-selfiepanda-ancient alley-mosque-southbridge-scenic area. Muslim food was just on the left side of the hotel. Would definitely coming here again next time. Staff were attentive, friendly and even the lady cleaner was Very welcoming. And self laundry service was great. WIFI was exteremely fast. What a bonus on that. Thank you for the experience. Got complementary hotspring and hi tea but didnt get to experience. Would definiely try next time"
"We traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby."
"The location is fantastic, very close to Lidui Park Station, just a few minutes' walk. It's also not far from Nanqiao and the ancient town, both easily accessible on foot. There are plenty of snack bars and breakfast spots nearby, which is really convenient. The owner even called me in advance to explain how to get there and shared some travel tips – great service! However, there were a couple of design flaws. I found the sink to be oddly placed right next to the bed, making it easy for water to splash out. Also, there's a spot on the bay window that I kept hitting my head on when getting into bed. These small details show a lack of attention in the design. Aside from these minor issues, there were no other major problems, and overall, I was quite satisfied!"
"The hotel's location is excellent, less than a hundred meters from Lidui Park Station. It's also very close to Dujiangyan Ancient City, Nanqiao Bridge, Shuijie Street, and Lidui Park. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even gave us two complimentary hot spring tickets. The room was spacious and relatively quiet. Even with all the New Year's Eve festivities last night, we weren't disturbed at all in our room."
"The room was quite clean, and both the front desk and room service staff were very friendly. It's also very close to the scenic area, and easy to get to by car. The front desk offers 24-hour coffee and milk tea, and there's a robot delivery service that brings food to your room, which is really convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time."
"The hotel is new and very clean! The room is spacious and bright, and the vanity counter is large enough for women to place their cosmetics and toiletries, showing thoughtful design. The shower water is hot enough and the water pressure is good, but there's no place to hang towels.
The hotel front desk staff were warm and friendly. They patiently gave me recommendations when I asked about good restaurants and decent foot massage places nearby, which I really appreciate.
The hotel is located on the pedestrian street of Guanxian Ancient City. The closest parking spot is very near the hotel, just a two-minute walk away. Since we had seniors with us, it was very convenient to return to the hotel to rest after visiting Dujiangyan.
It was a great stay, highly recommended."
"This is a newly opened hotel. They upgraded our room for free, which was fully equipped with a minibar, fridge, microwave, and even a capsule coffee machine. The waterfall-style sink was particularly impressive. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant on the top floor offered great city views. Parking was convenient, and the smart laundry room was a real bonus for travelers."
"The hotel was generally quiet; if I hadn't seen so many people at dinner in the restaurant, I would have thought there weren't many guests. The room's decor, layout, and facilities were all up to standard, and the garden view was excellent. It's conveniently located with many good restaurants nearby. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it felt thoughtfully prepared. My favorite was the perfectly cooked congee, and the pancake and waffle toppings bar was very rich. The two concierges I met over these two days were both very nice, enthusiastic, and attentive. The security management was quite responsible, and Miss Xiao Xiao from guest services was very welcoming. I would choose this hotel again if I return to Dujiangyan."
"The environment is quiet and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, with excellent lighting and ventilation, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very enthusiastic, always greeting us with a smile. She efficiently handled our check-in and also gave us a detailed guide for climbing Mount Qingcheng, helping us avoid peak crowds, which was super thoughtful. There are many dining options nearby, and the restaurants she recommended had authentic flavors and reasonable prices. After climbing Mount Qingcheng, coming back to such a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service and a great environment truly topped it off. The value for money is incredible! I've already recommended it to my friends – choose this place when you come to Dujiangyan, you won't regret it!"
"I stayed at this guesthouse when I visited the Dujiangyan scenic area. We happened to catch the biggest rainstorm Dujiangyan had seen in 15 years that day, and our clothes and shoes were completely soaked. After we checked in, the owner brought us a dryer to dry our clothes, which made us feel really warm inside. The owner was very hospitable, making us feel like friends visiting. The guesthouse is located within the ancient town, and the environment is lovely. The pace in the ancient town is quite slow. We originally planned to go to Mount Qingcheng the next day but ended up canceling and just spent the day exploring the ancient town instead. It's also very close to 'Blue Tears'. Highly recommend!"

Hotel near Qingcheng Outer Mountain/Panda Paradise, Dujiangyan
We had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend highly enough. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.
The staff were beyond fantastic. Even with the language barrier they could not have been more helpful.
The food - both breakfast and dinner - was fantastic.
We booked a sound experience and massage and loved both: though the massage was very firm :)
It is very quick and easy to visit dujiangyan but you also get to enjoy the peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We walked up to the nearby Panda reserve and whilst it is small, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
I would love to go back and visit again.

I was a little apprehensive before coming, seeing mixed reviews and having just had a fantastic experience at a more expensive private hot spring. But this guesthouse still truly amazed me. The overall design, amenities, and environment were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, thoughtfully helping with our luggage and providing hiking sticks. The two cups of coffee for 116 yuan were also a pleasant surprise. Kudos to Ms. Siqi, who patiently answered all our questions and taught us how to make sachets. I'm sure I'll come back again, haha! 😁
Environment: Comfortable; a great choice whether you're taking a break during a hike or relaxing afterward!

LLanJiangWhen you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.
Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.
We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path. We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.
I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.
A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

MM517432****I chose this newly opened guesthouse after finishing my exams to relax in Qingcheng Mountain. It's just a few minutes' walk from the sightseeing bus stop, with plenty of restaurants and convenient takeout options nearby. I really liked the style; the view from the bus stop was stunning. The layout and environment were very relaxing. The rooms were clean, refreshing, and had a lovely fragrance. You can also pre-order hot pot and barbecue. There's a rooftop terrace with mountain views and tea. The owners are very welcoming and fun. I originally only planned to stay one night, but after climbing Qingcheng Mountain, I came back. It's a place I'd definitely want to stay a second time.

SSarah Welsh1We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay here and it was perfection! The hotel is situated high in the mountains but only 20 minutes away from Panda Valley. The rooms were very clean and are supplied with everything you could need. The views were exceptional and we instantly fell in love with this place! The hotel is well worth the price paid. There are evening meals available but it is also possible to order takeaway from the restaurants in the city to deliver. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the spring water spa bath in the room. The beds were huge and so comfortable, it was blissful!
The customer service was the greatest! The staff were happy to help with every request and were so friendly, they really made the stay memorable. The staff helped with small items such as mosquito spray (although it wasn’t needed), lighters and other items we had forgotten. They also helped us to book our tickets and arrange our trips for the following days to the temple and Panda Valley. They also went out of their way to drive us to these places and made sure we were able to get inside as we don’t read Chinese! As I said, exceptional service!
We very much look forward to staying here again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff at Sanmoun Villas for a wonderful and unforgettable stay 🥰

YYouaremysunshineGreat hotel in perfect location. This is a really nice small hotel with about 12 rooms, it was very quiet yet in a perfect location walkable to many things and in old part of city. The room was nice and was clean. Many comforts were provided - nice slippers, tea, good shower, comfortable bed, washing machine is handy, nice touches like dessert at night. The lobby area is a cafe and is very nice place to sit. The afternoon tea was nice, breakfast was great. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. The breakfast was good and I always bring my own coffee. Dujiangyan is an amazing place with so much to see and do - we stayed three nights. We didn’t sit on balcony as there are mosquitos outside but t was good he door had fly screen. The only area for improvement would be to get rid of stained rug and amend many of the lights that come on at night like in toilet with translucent door and fridge light turns on randomly and technology starts talking randomly - these things can disrupt sleep but we found ways to get around it. We would definitely stay here again as it had nice rooms and staff and great location. I wouldn’t stay in the larger hotels as they are further away and not in the old town that has great atmosphere.

Ssunny****The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel environment was also very good. The breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's only about a hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station to the hotel entrance. Right outside, there's an electric shuttle station that takes you directly to the scenic area entrance, making it very convenient to get to the back mountain. The bus stop is also right across the street. There are also many good dining options nearby, including Bamboo Forest Restaurant, coffee shops, KFC, and FamilyMart. The jasmine tea and Lapsang Souchong provided by the hotel were both excellent, and you can even enjoy a hot spring bath.

KKaygegeOur room type came with a private hot spring bath, and after a tiring day of sightseeing, it was incredibly relaxing to come back and soak in it. The villa was elegantly designed and even featured a mahjong table, which was a huge plus! The beautifully arranged greenery in our private courtyard was a delight to the eyes, and the entire hotel grounds were lush with dense, beautiful plants. My friend and I kept remarking on the lovely osmanthus scent; it was incredibly fragrant as we walked around. A Hanfu photography studio partners with the hotel and is conveniently located on-site. They even offered three complimentary photos, which added a fun and unique element to our trip. The absolute highlight was our butler, Leo. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, had an excellent attitude and personality, and was exceptional at resolving any issues. I can't recommend him enough!

TTanwantiziUpon extending our stay, the manager mentioned they'd just launched new wellness programs. They offer three complimentary sessions daily: morning exercises led by a therapist, afternoon yoga, and evening aqua therapy – absolutely fantastic!
On weekends, they also host children's craft activities. Plus, booking a stay automatically includes complimentary hot spring tickets, with over 20 different pools to enjoy.
The hallway near the breakfast restaurant has a lovely artistic ambiance.
A thoughtful touch in the room is the collapsible clothes drying rack.

JjchaoyThe hotel is at the entrance of the old street in the ancient town, 50m from the parking lot, parking is convenient, this stay has two standard rooms with terraces, you can put projection, suitable for family and children to relax. Equipped with disposable face towels, bath towels, toilet cover, good health, breakfast, the only fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation of the door is not very good, the night is very quiet, but in the morning, if someone speaks in the aisle, people who don't sleep well are easily awakened.

SSanshuiThis trip really exceeded expectations! The hotel is located in the tea mountains, with fresh air and quiet environment, as if you are in a paradise. The most surprising thing is that the hotel also provides tea picking and tea making experience. It is very meaningful to bring children to experience the traditional Chinese tea culture, which is both educational and entertaining!
The hotel’s private hot spring is also a highlight. Soaking in the hot springs and looking at the tea plantations on the mountain can relax your body and mind. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and special slippers for children, which is very considerate.
The transportation is also very convenient. The driving journey is smooth. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the price is reasonable, which saves the trouble of going out to find food.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for families with children!
GGuest UserI liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad.
I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either).
As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office.
A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain).
On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan.
Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.
