Clean, comfortable, big and very satisfied. It's about 15 minutes' walk from the train station.

Very good hotel, with stylish decoration and nice rooms, but the view from the window is a bit cramped. The service at the front desk is very good, and I checked in early, which is generally good.

Nice hotel but please make sure you check your bill before you leave the hotel, it’s 2 weeks since I stayed and I still haven’t had a refund for the incorrect charges on the bill despite 5 emails.

Great hotel and a great price. Only thing to note is the hotel is going through a refurb in the lobby which we weren’t aware of.

We have stayed at this hotel before. Front desk staff are lovely. It has recently been remodelled downstairs and has made a great improvement. There is now a proper bar where you can relax after dinner etc. bar staff are friendly but the prices not so much! Chardonnay - which I have to say was amazing - £12 for a large. The rooms are beautifully laid out with brick ceilings (it is an old mill after all) you can’t fault any of the decor. Unfortunately for me the bed gave me backache - both nights. I’m not sure if it is because the bed is too firm?. Also the pillows were like bricks. (Would be nice to see a pillow menu like some other IHG hotels) Car parking is very tight with extremely limited spaces.
