Now I have written my review on Google, the owner has called me a liar about it. First they said I never stayed there, then they found my name from few years ago and stated how they didn't believe me. I will be making sure this review isn't pushed aside and I will not stand being called a liar when I'm not."

"Easy check in. Clean room with lovely view of the River Tay and bridges. Thick fresh white towels in bathroom. Cold water was warm but that’s only negative. Night porter was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t pre booked but just gave room number in restaurant. Good choice of continental or full breakfast. Easy check out and friendly reception."

"Location is fine, brisk 5 or gentle 10 minute walk to the train station. With a gym next door, you can buy a day pass for £9. It's a travel lodge, rooms fine, you know what you are getting. Staff were all very friendly, lady checked me in good 30 minutes before 3pm. Only moan is prior to 2pm looks like no staff on duty, so if you wanted to check in early you can't. Will definitely use it again when I'm next in Dundee."

This hotel is really easy to find and the people very friendly . The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. the hotel has a charity donation for a book which helps a local charity and is a great Idea."

"I went to this hotel for a significant birthday due to its location at the side of the River Tay and the stunning views, however I was left very disappointed with the room not being what I booked, the window looking onto a wall providing very little light to the room, the fact that children were running up and down the corridor banging on doors meaning very little sleep was had. I did report this after my first night but I'm now being told by guest relations that the staff at the hotel are denying that it was reported, I was given the guest relations card and contact number by the staff member and told to contact them when I checked out and he would speak to the manager when he came in, as he was due in that day even though it was bank holiday Monday."

"West facing room, view over the V&A museum. Room was immaculate, with tea/coffee station. We had a swim in the pool which is lovely too. Staff very friendly. Kindly gave us some toothbrushes as we forgot. Will definitely be back. We didn't opt for breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive. The room toiletries smelled amazing."

"Good stay as per usual however got their to find the restaurant was closed (not ideal when on business ) and no email or form of communication to say it was closed had to go down to another premier inn restaurant 30 mins away to get food ( meal allowance) other than that staff are respectful and happy to help with any needs"
