Premier Inn Dundee North ★★★
"No catering facilities at this hotel . Pub next door not part of premier inn . No breakfast available Evening service stop at 7pm Building site outside as even McDonald’s was closed"
Staybridge Suites DUNDEE by IHG ★★★★
"Nice place, creaky floorboards in the corridor, but it's full of character and charm, being set in an old mill"
Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"An amazing hotel with clean and peaceful rooms 👌🏻 The staff were wonderful. Great spa and gym🩷 I was able to truly relax and had a great night’s sleep 🥰"
Invercarse Hotel, BW Signature Collection by Best Western ★★★★
"Really nice hotel and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly aswell."
Dundee West ★★★
"At first glance the place looks tired. Once inside a very friendly welcome, lovely smell in the corridors & a spotless room await. The bathroom was tiled differently to others I’ve visited and was spotless. A comfy bed as you’d expect gave me a great nights sleep. The Beefeater next door was staffed by friendly people & the food was decent. All in all a good night.."
Travelodge Dundee Strathmore Avenue ★★★
"On arrival the hotel looked very rundown. I had booked 2 rooms, one accessible for my mum in law. At reception the girl took my name etc.. then gave us key for ONE room. I said Id booked two ?..turns out that when you name the person in the other room that comes up as a separate booking! After all was sorted we were shown where to go for the accessible room. Well, it looked like we were walking through a cupboard door - no signage. Came to the room - entered - and it was full of other peoples things! Luckily there was no-one actually there!! Went back to reception and the woman came and looked. Very puzzled as computer said the room was free. Anyway, got another room. Well - where to start! Bearing in mind this is meant to accommodate a wheelchair user... on opening the door you are immediately met with the end of the bed. It took 2 of us to get in the door reversing wheelchair...one to push, one to try and hold the door open. Walked straight back past the bed and that led to a small amount of floor space - enough to turn her chair. Looking around this room took basic to the limit! No bedside units so had to use her chair to put her night things on. No shelves for clothes - just a tiny bar with a few hangers, so we put her clothes onto the spare side of the bed. Very small window quite high up. and dont expect to find a socket anywhere useful! The bed was firm but extremely low! It had been placed in front of the emergency call button! On that note we are usually asked about how much support/assistance would be required if there was an emergency - but not here!!. Now the bathroom... it was huge! Walk in shower, rails and room to move. Only fault would be that toilet seat isnt raised. My mum in law had her rollator with her for getting from bed to toilet, but because of the toilet door opening outwards at the very end of her bed, she had to walk backwards opening the door till she had enough room to get around the bed! Then, enter toilet, turn and pull the door closed. All in all a very poorly designed room. Anyone travelling alone that has mobility issues ,they would never manage to negotiate the room. My own room was ok...just once again, probably the most basic Travelodge weve ever been in. Badly in need of an overhaul. Wont be going back."
Dundee Centre ★★★
"The room was very stuffy and the cleaners had sprayed air freshener to try to cover this up but it just made it worse. I soon realised the window didn't open and there was no way to get fresh air into the room. Even on high fan level I couldn't even get the air conditioning to even circulate air within the room and the minimum was set to 19degrees which was considerably warmer than outside."
go2 Dundee Camperdown Hotel ★★
"It wasn't what it was in the original photos. It was dirty , stains on carpets, mould & dirty walls. Left after 10mins handed keys in & went to another hotel."

Dundee Backpackers Hostel
"Outstanding location. Interesting building, very clean comfortable and warm. Plenty of facilities such as kitchen with everything you could reasonably expect free tea and coffee. Cooker, toaster, fridges, microwave kettle. Tv Room, library, dining room. A rare occasion where accommodation exceeds expectation, seemed to me mainly quieter walker and cycling types or similar which suits me absolutely fine not a party scene. I was working briefly nearby so absolutely ideal."
The Fort Hotel
"3 of us came for tea on 12th October, I ordered Fish, Chips, Onion Rings & Mushy peas all of which were served warm, my wife had the Haddock Mornay which she said was fabulous & nice & hot, my Sister-in-Law had the Steak Pie which was warm. Come on guys, what is going on? Your food is usually amazing but last night was a farce - The waitress that served us was amazing. We will be back, but we’re thoroughly disappointed with last nights food"
Fishermans Tavern
"Nice clean room, breakfast was good also the staff were very friendly, value for money would definitely be back😊"

Hampton by Hilton Dundee City Centre
"I have few friends in Dundee. Mostly a day trip to see them. Occasionally staying over in Dundee city centre. But I have never stayed in this place before. The room I was given was very spacious with a panoramic town and River Tay view. Everything was so clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. I have a morning routine of stretch exercise. Sometimes I cannot do that when I am staying in small hotel room. But Double Tree's room was big enough for me to enjoy morning stretch. Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. There is a pancake maker in the breakfast room. And not one, two pancake makers! Never seen anything like it at buffet breakfast setting. I made one for myself. Never used the maker before so the finishing pancake was not perfect but I enjoyed it. Staff were all friendly and attentive. I had a very good stay. I highly recommend this hotel."
Woodlands Hotel, BW Signature Collection by Best Western
"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and food excellent."
Premier Inn Dundee East
"We stayed 1 night in hotel. Booking via internet was very easy. Hotel is located in suburb and has large free parking. Reception is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and space was sufficient. Next to hotel restaurant for food and breakfast and that was all good. Was quite busy in evening. All in all a good stay"
