房門壞的要用力拎起來才關上無保險安全問題，電淋要自己插電，淋浴架壞了沒法洗澡，無抽紙和電吹風機，電視機不入網看不到央視新聞，要付按金50元，私人賓館管理不到位要提高管理水平？
