A very bad experience for me."

"The room must have been recently renovated, as you could smell the decor upon entering. The front desk gave us two breakfast coupons upon check-in, but didn't specifically explain the restaurant's location. The next morning, we went downstairs for breakfast at 8:30 (the coupons said breakfast ended at 9 p.m.). When we left our room and asked the front desk, we learned that breakfast wasn't in the main hotel building. They told us to turn right at the third intersection after we saw the pavilion. The folk village is full of pavilions, and each house looks identical. We searched for a long time, but it was only after my child's father called to find out what the breakfast restaurant was called and what the sign was that we found it was the Zhongcheng Folk Restaurant. I've been to many resort hotels, and if the restaurant isn't located next to the room, the front desk will provide a map and explain the restaurant's hours upon check-in. If the staff here haven't received any professional training, they should at least be smart enough to tell us the restaurant's name. After all this hassle, we arrived at the restaurant at 8:58. Before we could even ask, the waiter informed us that breakfast was past, even though the food hadn't been taken away. I angrily asked if we couldn't eat since it wasn't 9:00, but the waiter sneered, "One minute left. Okay, go ahead." I felt like I'd just swallowed a fly. We left in anger. For a resort hotel in a tourist area, especially during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, this level of service and attitude truly shocked me. First negative review on Ctrip"
