Amazing hotel with view on the desert ! Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very well located, next to the crescent moon scenic area, also in front of the outdoor show and 3 mn far from the town center by car. There is a shuttle bus to go to the town center and to the airport. The staff at the front desk welcomed us very warmly, they are really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty, it is located on the roof top with view on the desert. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

During the trip to Dunhuang, I hesitated between Dongyi and Biyue. In the end, I chose Dongyi because of the location. The former is closer to Mogao Grottoes and Mingsha Mountain. I didn't want to go to Biyue late at night after the tour, and the actual experience was also very good. The front desk took the initiative to contact the pick-up and tour details a few days in advance. After arriving, the check-in was very quick. The docking brother Xiaoqiang assisted with various details throughout the whole process, including exhibitions, chartered cars, meals, and tours, and almost responded to every request. It happened to be the Hahalulu exhibition, and I really like gourds. Although I had booked various tickets early, the docking brother also took the initiative to confirm many times. The hotel is really beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and it was good to watch the stars and the moon at night. The basic room type is also spacious and well-supplied. Among them, Aqua's hair care products are especially friendly to dry hair, and the daily fruit and dried fruit drinks are of excellent quality. The restaurant is open until ten o'clock in the evening. After a crazy day of fun, you can still have a beautiful dinner, and the service attitude is also nice. The only drawback is that the shower in the room easily wets the curtain.

I booked it for one day and directly renewed it for 2 days. The hotel is clean and hygienic, so I won't say much about it. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toilet is electric, and the breakfast is very rich and superb.

The room is OK, not too big. It is an old state guesthouse, and the room facilities are a bit old, but the service level is still very good. The hotel design is also very Dunhuang-style. Many rooms have been stayed by celebrities and national leaders. The location is also very good, and it is very close to the night market. It takes only a few minutes to walk. On the first day of check-in, a warm-hearted card and a disposable mask with Dunhuang characteristics were also given.

The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.
