Un gran hotel y una excelente atención por el personal de recepción y acogida del mismo. Confort y gran descanso en general pero a destacar la atención del personal que a pesar de su juventud está a la altura de profesionales con una alta experiencia laboral

Ensure you know what is included before booking. The spa is very expensive (18€ each for one hour) and you have to have flip flops ( 11€ if you have the buy them) plus the spa smelt of eggs - the food at dinner and breakfast was nice but again very expensive for what it was - but the catering staff were very friendly compared to one of the front desk people who felt like she was angry with me for asking questions! There is no tea or coffee in the rooms ( even though online it boasts that you do) the room felt like it needed a facelift - it was clean and could be nice but felt a little tired

Bueno… la estància la puntuaria con un 5.5 , la comida bastante justa y cara, que te cobren 20€ por cada plato … te esperas que el plato venga contundente ; muchas pijadas pero tienen bastantes cosas a mejorar , el spa muy correcto solo que un poco lioso de acceder . En recepcion pedi si tenian un difusor para secarme el pelo y me dijieron que no , en cambio en el spa que lo tienen a la planta baja cuando sali tenian 5 , pero no eran adaptables a los secadores que tenian alli ,

The beer is great, but food is very salty. I stayed 2 days with 3 meals, all of them are salty, so it's not an accident.
