"This hotel is one star hotel, rooms are not good at all, they always try to push the worst room to you unless you demand better room they don’t give to you. They don’t have too many good rooms, some rooms are without windows , staff are rude . I would not recommend this hotel. The price compare to the room type is very expensive. I stayed here for total of 5 days coming with one of the big tour company. Breakfast is not as good as I was thinking. Do not recommend"

"My experience is about the Oneko restaurant inside the hotel, where we were there as a family celebrating a birthday. It was a huge disappointment. To begin with, we booked a menu for 4, and when we called a few days before to confirm, they had it listed as for 3. Thank goodness we called... Afterwards, nothing went well. It took them half an hour to move from one course to the next (on two occasions), making our digestion difficult. It took us a good 3 hours to finish the menu, because on the other occasions it took them an average of 15 minutes from the time they removed the dishes to the time they served the rest, and there was no one else in the restaurant because we were alone. Furthermore, they served us three dishes first, and they always left one of us without a dish and brought it back 5-10 minutes later (causing our dishes to get even colder). Besides, only one of the dishes was served hot, while the rest were lukewarm/cold. This is in very bad taste. We mentioned this to the waitress who was there, and she apologized and said she would bring it up to the kitchen, but we never heard from the kitchen, nor did anyone come out to even speak and apologize or explain why there were so many setbacks. So I'm forced to post this review, since they didn't know how to handle the criticism when we complained there, as is understandable. We've been to all kinds of restaurants, Michelin-starred and non-Michelin-starred, and even to cheaper ones. We've never had this happen to us, with half-cold dishes and these ugly details, and on top of that, the menu isn't cheap, at 65 euros. As I said, even in cheaper places, the service has been infinitely better (or at least better than usual, because this was a disaster). On top of that, they brought us the meat, and when serving it, the waitress asked us if we wanted it more well-done, but once it was placed on the table (you ask this before the meat or even before the meal), it's never like that when it's already being served. And I told him I wanted it more well-done, and he took it off the table and took it back (unheard of), taking the corresponding 10 minutes longer, and they brought it back to me raw, so I left the meat there. Of course, we had been to a wedding there, and that's why we went, but it's not worth the 65 euros it costs, since it's not the food that's bad, it's the service: extremely slow, with half-cold dishes and very ugly details. We definitely won't be going back. A real disappointment. For a price like that, there are thousands of places with service that matches the price, and at least, if someone had come out to explain why everything was so bad, the half-cold dishes, and why it took so long... But not even that. Anyway."

"Be sure if you want to book this hotel you don’t get room 101. Just next to the elevator you can ‘enjoy’ in the evening, night and morning the terrible noice of the elevator. Which is situated against this room. The only compensation the hotelmanagent was willing to do is an upgrade next time."

"Progressive hotel at the heart of Eibar's town; a great place to stay if you're going to watch their soccer team play. My only downside with this hotel is their could be more correspondence in advance over the auto-check in process. Other than that, my friend and I adored this hotel room and had a great stay."
