It is a very beautiful, neat, clean more that what we expected, we enjoyed our stay there and I certainly going to the same place for our next vacation. The service was out of very good, unfortunately we ddnt get the chance to eat there.but next time we make sure we do 😊😊😊

Perhaps the room service ladies could be nicer. The attitude is not welcoming at all. Breakfast is just limited to two choices which I wasn't happy about because there was so much I couldn't even eat.. the front desk is ok. Lounge and bar looks good.
Will I be going back there? My answer is only if I run out of options then I could.

Thank you so much at pavilion hotel for such an amazing time.The staff was nice and friendly,rooms are clean and neat there’s parking too the staff at the bar are amazing.a bar fridge and a microwave would have been nice but it’s ok

Wasted 3 hour trying to sort a misunderstanding between pavillion hotel and agent.I did recieve a confirmation that everything was in order because I booked two months before my stay.Disappoining,my booking was canceled at the last hour.I ended up crying alone in the reception area.I was late for the show.The matter was sorted after 3 hours of endless phone calls and unnecessary arguments.I was so hurt.Improve your communication skills between you and agents.

The hotel didn't have a back up generator very inconvenient due to daily loadshedding which affects all of S. Africa. The smart TV. is reliable on an effective WiFi, which unfortunately was not the case. Very frustrating.
