Nous venons de quitter l'hôtel avec mon fiancé et nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous avons pris une chambre qui était vraiment jolie et bien au calme, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le wellness, où nous étions seuls tout du long, quel luxe! Et l'accueil très chaleureux, super expérience! A refaire

Je recommande vivement cet endroit ! Tout était parfait ! L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et très bon. Le Wellness est propre, accessible et surtout diversifié. La piscine est très pratique et agréable, le jacuzzi est parfait. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, propre, très bien agencée et décorée. La salle de douche est incroyable ! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour ! On reviendra

Accueil et services exceptionnels. Ambiance familiale, situation calme. Complexe superbe à tous points de vue, chambres, espaces wellness et petit déjeuner pensés avec goût et luxe Petit déjeuner copieux, frais et convivial Je recommande ++++ PS 🙏🏼 pensez peut-être à prévoir borne pour véhicule électrique ⚡️

De retour d’un séjour de 2 nuits au Durbuy Suites. Je ne peux que vanter la qualité des équipements! Tout est luxueux, de la literie à la deco en passant par le spa et la terrasse et la salle du petit déjeuner. L’accueil était aussi parfait, la dame dont je n’ai pas pris le nom a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable…merci pour ses précieux conseils sur les restaurants aux alentours. Le soucis a été la clim qui est en attente de réparation!!! Ces 2 derniers jours ont été très chauds et vue la situation de la suite au rez de chaussée il n’est pas “possible” de dormir la porte ouverte et il faisait 27 dans la chambre en pleine nuit! Ce soucis a l’air de durer depuis un moment car j’avais deja vu des commentaires de clients mécontents….la moindre des choses serait de prévoir des ventilateurs en attendant une éventuelle reparation ou au moins une petite bouteille en guise de geste commercial histoire de compenser cette lacune! Dommage… A part ça dans les moins je mettrai…prevoir une boite de kleenex dans la chambre…un miroir…et indiquer les prix du mini bar!

Rustgevend weekend, met zeer gastvrij personeel. Lekker gegeten, en heerlijke massages gehad, Zeer vriendelijke en spontaan personeel. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons hier heel goed. Rustige omgeving. Heerlijk massage. Mooi uitzicht. En daarbovenop heel lekker gegeten. Top ! wij komen zeker terug .

Heerlijk eten, goede service. Maar slechte suite. Veel geluidsoverlast en geur van restaursnt komt in de kamer. Twee minpunten. Welness was prima in orde. Mooie omgeving voor wandelingen. Parkeergelege heid voor de deur. Kachel was kapot, dus koud in de winter. Derde minpunt.

We stayed at Durbuy suites in August 2021. This is an amazing place : a luxury inn in the Belgian countryside, near Durbuy, that is a typical holiday spot. The renovated farmhouse hosts some beautiful suites with all comforts. They even spa facilities (a pool, jacuzzi and sauna) that you can privatize (during COVID season ). Rooms as I said are gorgeous, we stayed in the exceptional suite that hosts two adults and a child. Vry comfortable beds. Huge space, fantastic shower. If I can only say there were a few minor missing things : no kleenex in the room, no brochure / info (like wifi password, timing for breakfast, emergency phone numbers, etc). Also there is no minibar hence water and soft drinks should be made available somehow. Apart this our stay was fantastic despite the bad weather outside. They offer accommodation with dinner (delicious dinner with options for kids) and breakfast. One one major inconvenience for me was that almost nobody (guests and owners) were wearing a mask (during COVID) and that was for me a disappointing aspect. But the rest was just perfect. Please note that you can find the place easily with your mobile phone but we turned around while the GPS could not find it.

Veel te duur voor wat men krijgt : geen verse handdoeken, geen schoonmaak, geen Kleenex in de badkamer. Veel vliegen bij het ontbijt . Angstvallig gescheiden houden van klanten bij ontbijt en zwembad. (covidmaatregelen) ( klanten mochten enkel 1,5 uur gebruik maken v zwembad en wellness. We hadden een gastronomisch . verblijf geboekt maar kok was onverwacht ziek. Vervangdiner in restaurant in de buurt. Dit was ons 2 dagen voor ons verblijf per mail doorgegeven. Geen keuze , geen overleg. Was lekker maar niet de prijs v meerwaarde betaalt voor gastronomisch diner. 2 dagen na mekaar geen boter bij ontbijt. 2de dag geen vers fruitsap bij ontbijt. Geen airco. Heel gehorige kamers , geen geluidsisolatie. Eigenaars waren er niet. Is een investering zonder hart. Geen receptie. Geen privacy op terras v kamers. Terrassen zien uit op parking auto’s. Nog veel dingen ter verbetering nodig maar dan heb je iemand nodig die er zijn hart in legt en niet alleen zijn geld. De klant betaalt verschrikkelijk veel. Heb al genoeg hotels bezocht om een vergelijk te maken. Desalniettemin wens ik ze verder succes met het project.
