The aircond sound is to noisy which affect my sleeping quality. The room is indeed big enough to accommodate 4 pax.

Nice environment and good breakfast. Nice and quiet location

Really good location near to a malls and few really good restaurants!! Housekeeping only done when you check out or when u request at the reception. Amenities part can be improved as well!

My wife and I stayed April 9th-12th.  We have stayed at this property several times now.  We arrived right around 3pm, checking in online.  We were greeted right away and were in our room in no time at all.  Usually we are in a 4th floor room, overlooking the front of the property.  This time we were on the 1st floor, with more of a woodsy view.  This visit, like the others, was wonderful.  Our room looked great, smelled great, and once again the room had a very welcoming feel.  Everything worked well.  The bed was super comfortable.  Our previous rooms were always very quiet.  This was true once again.  This room is now my favorite, and I hope to be able to stay in this room again.  Breakfast was delicious, and very satisfying.  My issue with our last visit was that there was no mixing it up with the breakfast offerings on that 3 day visit.  Same mains each day.  I will say that on this 3 day visit, they did indeed mix it up a bit, and it was very much appreciated.  Once again ,everyone from the property that we made contact with, were super nice.  Just a joy to interact with.  The price was right for our stay.  And more than likely we will seek out this property if we have the chance to come to the area again.

We always stay at the Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint and always have a great experience. We highly recommend this hotel, it is located close to shopping, and dining.  The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

great location for highway access and even better for dining options, some you can walk to.  checked in during the evening and the person checking me in was great, very authentic and welcoming.  breakfast had solid options
