酒店位置距離廈門火車站，地鐵口步行十二三分鐘的路程，去鼓浪嶼乘船的碼頭，南普陀寺，廈門大學都是打車十幾塊錢的路程，去鳳凰體育館坐三號地鐵可直達，很方便。房間裝修設施都比較新，配有免費的啤酒可樂，掛耳咖啡等飲料，看學友哥演唱會回來喝兩杯，很爽。二樓有洗衣房，可以洗烘燙衣服，非常方便，若有人不會操作，有服務員過來幫忙。一次性拖鞋質量很好。但是入住的第三天，房間沒有放啤酒，掛耳咖啡，小餅乾，一次性咖啡杯，打前台電話答應補上，樓層服務員卻説“本來衹有入住第一天才有的”，找了半天拿來兩包掛耳咖啡，我問啤酒沒有嗎，再拿了一瓶啤酒來，再問杯子呢，才拿兩個一次性杯子，杯蓋沒拿來，小餅乾沒拿來。前兩天很愉快，第三天這態度影響心情，這點東西值多少錢呢？我相信酒店不會這麼小氣。請酒店管理人員去落實，這些東西是否衹有入住第一天才送的嗎？那麼請在顧客訂房時明確告知。

看到網友推薦預訂了這家酒店，前台接待態度友好，詳細解釋入住須知，有疑問也會幫忙解決。房間大小剛剛好，乾淨衞生舒服，設備齊全，二樓還有自助洗衣房和健身房，三樓四樓有餐廳，六樓有美容養生店，一次解決了出門旅遊會遇到的問題，特別是有洗衣房這個細節的地方，我是很滿意的，這樣不用帶太多衣服出門，挺好的。然後是停車問題，第一天到酒店，停了一個最裡邊的位置，後面知道我們會經常出入，就把外面容易上下出入的位置騰出來。保安部的段大哥和劉大哥，看到我想洗車，還親自幫我，這簡直太好服務了，太感動了，搞得我都不好意思了。最後，酒店的地理位置還是挺方便的，出來就有地鐵站，去景點都比較方便，吃飯的地方也挺多的，周邊不少商場，衣食住行都不錯。總體來説，帶着小朋友長者家，這酒店是一個不錯的選擇，推薦給大家！

五一假期入住，體驗非常棒！特別是前台小張，指引我我們參與小遊戲，服務意識超級好，對小孩子態度温柔耐心，讓人感覺很温馨。房間衞生也很乾凈整潔，下次還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！
