Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps had round tubes difficult to go up and down not only for me but also for other guests.

Mediocre hotel which is too expensive in terms of price and quality.
Small rooms and too small bathroom where you have to shower in a hip bath.
No second time for us.
There are many better and cheaper 4 star hotels in the area.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Sono stato alla piscina con mio figlio, credo che per un 5 stelle non sia all'altezza. I cuscini dei lettini erano bagnati fradici. La piscina con acqua di mare non era male e anche le dimensioni ragguardevoli. Pecca il servizio. Bello lo scivolo.

I don’t want even to go inside this hotel I was passing by to get some info for a stay a next day can you imagine what kind of welcome I get from a security guy staying outside was shouting and whistling after me I had to comfort him as it is very insulting. I get from him a rude answer it is this way in this place as the people don’t understand you . The guy was very thick giza as he put me off for me using any of this hotel facilities even they told me is an VIP place I don’t think so VIP hotel employees for money you pay get this service and communication towards the clients. Never ever getting by this place .

5 star hotel only for the room with a wonderful view of the entire beach of Durres, the bathroom however is very small not 5 stars. good breakfast and varied both in cold and hot. Horrible the pool in the spa as unable to use it because inconceivable it has neither steps nor ladder to access it something never seen in all the pools I have practiced in half the world. Another negative thing is the outdoor pool even if very large the access ladders instead of having some for which I could not use. good service of umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach.
