Price is reasonable and parking is available which is good. Closed to the Düsseldorf train station by driving.

The staff at the front desk of the hotel were very friendly, helpful in finding directions, and patiently told me how to get to the airport by car. The hotel's breakfast includes bread, meat, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning. Maybe I didn't find the air conditioning switch and it was a bit hot at night.

Very cheap hotel in a location close to the Oststrasse subway station. Breakfast was very good and varied for a three-star hotel. Rooms were clean and you couldn't hear anything from the neighboring street - but I also had a room away from the street.

If you want to stay cheaply, it's okay. I don't think it's a hotel you'd expect to stay at. Breakfast was included, which was nice. There is no air conditioning, so it's tough in the summer.

The room looks different to the picture. Dark, small and very loud because our room was right in front of the street. There were a lot of "surprises" under the bed because probably no one cleaned it properly. The staff was still very nice and friendly. The wifi was MEGA bad. If you're traveling for business, you're better off staying at another hotel. The food was so-so. It's a shame there's no hot chocolate.

This hotel was a last minute choice and I was quite superised the front desk lady very helpful and polite this is an old building and the lift was very small My room was on the top floor 506 it's was a single room while small it was fine for one person had everything that was needed bed was comfortable room was clean had bar fridge TV hair dryer wardrobe heating no aircon but no need for this time of year the internet was not great at times but not a big issue The hotel has a lot of art work displayed in rooms and common areas of the hotel done by a local artist Breakfast was included for my booking and I found it to be a good start to the day 3 hit dishes and all the regular items and was being replenished as needed Location is great 10/15 min walk to station or city center with cafes and restaurants at your door for the price this great value

The room has almost no internet wifi signals. I demand a refund and I will leave right now. The new room offered only improves a little bit on internet connection. It still drops off every 10 or 15 mins.It is insane that I would have to endure such low standard of service for 3 more days! I have to go through so many stressful negotiations with them and they still insist me to stay. This is completely unacceptable as I agree to pay for first night. Please propose to hotel I want to check out now given internet service below standard. And the front desk lied about the guest being satisfied. And asked me to email hotel management directly cos they are only employees. Agoda needs to step up to assist

Never experienced such a bad and worthless hotel... worst hotel in the world never do... it is dirty and very unfriendly staff. Don't do anything to accommodate anything, slept nearby, which is highly recommended

We stayed in this hotel very close to the central station and the Ostrasse metro stop. Also close to the center on foot. This is the only positive note as the rest left something to be desired. Poor cleanliness both in the room and at breakfast. In 7 nights they never changed the sheets. Furthermore, there is no air conditioning and we found ourselves in a very hot week in August, we sweated every night, so there was no rest; on the other hand there was a tiny fan that only moved the muggy air. The breakfast is not suitable for Italians; there are no croissants, croissants, biscuits, fruit... more of a savory breakfast that doesn't reflect our habits. The staff speaks English well, although not very friendly. In conclusion it is recommended only for the location, even if there are many other hotels in the area for which you could find a better quality.

Hôtel dans un état vraiment délabré! Nous avons séjourné pendant l’Euro, il convient tout juste pour dormir, je n’irai jamais dans cette hôtel avec ma femme. La moquette est sale, ils ont tenté de cacher avec une pose de vinyle mais mon enfant coupé mieux que ça!
