This hotel is very dirty. The pool and hot tub are not in service. Front desk staff were pleasant the only part of our two night stay that was pleasant

Have stayed here before. This stay was not as good as the last two. Requested extra pillow when I checked in and against n s couple hours later, but did not receive them.

We check out early, what is this? Unclean, never recommended!

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. I have stayed before.

The bathtub was not properly cleaned. There was a bit of grime on the front lower edge far side of the taps. Something was wrong with the volume on the tv. We turned it down as low as possible and it was still so loud we had to watch it on mute. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Fair pricing on food as well.

Used Travelodge on visit to my son in Laurentian university. Good location - close to bus stops and restaurants. Besides, the staffs are friendly.

Very good location and staff

The room was much different then my previous stay. I opted for a queen bed room instead of a double bed room and was surprised to find my fridge was half the size of the other one I had and this room had carpet which wasn't vacuumed very well. Also found a child's sock when I pulled the bedsheets back. That tells me they were not changed and also found dark black hair in my bed. The pool was also down for maintenance however I never saw any maintenance being done on it at all. Staff were still amazing and polite and friendly.

The bed was so hard it was painful. One of the pillows was stained with gross brown spots. It was definitely nothing special! Not rude at check in but not overly welcoming either. There was a Perkins next door but they were short staffed so we didn't even bother going in.

Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Check-in was quick and front desk staff were pleasant.

Just a really old place. Pool was busy even with pre booked times. Outdoor pool was closed for repair. Romance package was not worth it. Bag of goodies had two things, cheese platter was tiny and boring.

Worst hotel , i need a refund. Locks did not work and no hot water. Said they cant refund since it was booked by trip.
