My friend stayed very comfortably. The reviews are quite high. It is a relatively new hotel. Overall, the experience is excellent. Next time I stay by myself, I will consider choosing this hotel

The hotel has a great environment and a great location. The facilities are new and the front desk service is great. However, the elevator is broken recently and the stairs are narrow and a bit difficult to walk.

The hotel I searched for on Ctrip was a bad experience based on the number of rooms I booked. The service attitude of the front desk staff on the night I checked in was very bad. The air conditioner in the room was broken and had to be replaced. The fan could not be provided. The staff that night was really not suitable for the current stage

It's not satisfactory, the toothbrush is as hard as a shoe brush.
Waiters don't speak English.

The hotel is clean and tidy. There are not many breakfast options. There are buses and light rail nearby. It is a 15-minute walk from the city center

Resepsiyon olabildiğince yavaş. Müşteriler dakikalarca beklemiş umurlarında değil. Ve bu gecikmeden ötürü rahatsız bile olmuyorlar maalesef. Elbise dolabının olmaması büyük eksiklik. Kıyafetleriniz açıkta bir yerde asılı. Otelin tek güzel yanı odalardaki tuvaletler.
