The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

The hotel has just been taken over by Clayton. We could no longer freely use the swimming pool. It would now cost 15 euros pp. The room was neat, the toilet very low. Breakfast was fine. The range of food was a bit limited for us and also pricey. Service at the bar was fine.

Very close to the airport and can be reached on foot. The front desk is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The room is quite large and the facilities are very good. You can ask for disposable supplies from the front desk.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

Hi all, Please be warned the Airco is not working correctly if it’s very hot outside. The rooms can’t be cooled comfortably. Extremely disappointing. I asked if we could change rooms, but it seems all the rooms have the same issues. I am staying in the economy room 112. Besides the temperatuur problem, the 2 persons bed is just 140cm. Quite small bed. They should have mentioned the small bed. For the rest it has friendly personnel. We were able to have a later checkout. Location is excellent. Close to the Asian foodspots and the city center. And there are cheap carparks nearby. I think if it’s not to hot it’s a great hotel, but in summer the airconditioning mentioned is fake advertising. Don’t stay here unless you are used to stay in a hot room.

It's about five or six minutes away from the train station. The room is small but very clean. Originally booked a double bed and was notified that there was no room, so I cancelled the first order and booked a double bed room, but when we arrived at the store, the front desk said that we had booked two rooms and they did not receive the cancellation The news of the order caused us to wait in the lobby for nearly half an hour, but still did not receive the cancellation message. The front desk asked us to go to the room for an hour and then come down again. In short, the connection between the platform and the hotel is not very good.

Places close to a train station rarely have this flair and quality. Good beds and pillows. A1 deco and bfast on the top floor with views. Couldnt find aircon controls. Sadly, normal people are given rooms on the 2nd floor where opening windows means lots of traffic, pedestrians till late and smog and are forced to pay more to change to the same type of room but higher up. Reservation does not say so and you are sent an email about 24 hrs before arriving misleading that extra cost is for views. Could have been friendlier to say so considering it was a family trip. Otherwise it was a good stay.
