這麼大的酒店迎賓都沒有，一樓大堂除了2個辦理入住的工作人員，看不見其他服務員。實話實説，房間環境還可以，但是沒有小孩的拖鞋及牙刷，問了客服説是沒有，想多要兩瓶水服務員也不給，洗澡間塑料拖鞋也要打電話才送來，馬桶是最老款的馬桶，不是智能的，馬桶座圈上坐的這一面有些黃漬，配的毛巾也是非常舊的。洗漱間和過道沒有門隔斷，洗澡出來穿衣服會反光在牆上，坐在床上能清楚的看得見，哪怕是一家人，有個大孩子也是有點尷尬的。酒店位置很偏，周圍啥都沒有，去市區吃東西開車要10公里，吃東西回來晚上了，下雨想把車停地下車庫，結果入口的崗亭黑黢黢的沒有人值班，好不容易找到地下車庫入口處，也是黑燈瞎火的不敢進，給人體驗感太差了，差差差，大家不要來了。

房間很大，傢俱也很好，就是洗澡熱水全是熱水，燙死了，水量很小，房間沒有刮鬍刀，早餐非常難吃，品類也很少

位置偏很安靜 設施還行 早餐一般 服務特別差 預訂好的雙床房 到了説衹有大床房 態度很硬 房卡打不開 打電話從來不接 自己下去找人解決 淋浴噴頭出水極小 都不敢喊服務員來了

第二次入住，這個價格能住這種高級酒店，真的寶藏。離都勻影視城，綠博園都很近。非常值得入駐 如果充電樁再多點就好了
