They provide ample complimentary bottled water, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and very welcoming."

"The inability to extend the stay the following day was not communicated in advance. Customer service called the room's landline, but the phone was faulty and the other end was unreachable. Having already stayed for several days, I assumed that the extension would be announced by the end of the day. When customer service first called, I explained the landline problem and the difficulty in hearing me, but no one addressed the issue. When I tried to extend the stay, the room type I was currently staying in was unavailable. I called the hotel to inquire, and they told me to look for a room at a nearby hotel. The service was poor. They didn't inform me in advance that the room type was unavailable, nor did they reserve a room. They simply asked the previous day's guests to leave. They also didn't notify me of the extension in advance."

The room was clean and tidy, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome snacks – such thoughtful details! My entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable, without a single unpleasant experience. I had a wonderful time and it was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
Yazhi Huanpeng Garden Hotel (DuYun Downtown Bus Main Station) ★★★
"I needed to shower around 5 AM, but there was no hot water, just water that was slightly warmer than cold. This continued until 8 AM. I let both the sink and shower run for several minutes, but the water never got hot. Around 6 AM, I went downstairs to find the front desk, but no one was there. It wasn't until past 8 AM that customer service replied to my WeChat message, stating that hot water is available 24/7 and that I might need to let the water run longer if no one has used it recently. However, I had already let it run for at least 5 minutes, and it was still cold. After the front desk called someone for maintenance, they said they couldn't find any issues. The next morning, when I showered around 4 AM, the water was hot almost immediately. Having hot water available at all times should be a basic requirement when staying at a hotel. I don't want to pay for a room and then have to beg for 24-hour hot water. I've decisively decided to switch hotels."

The environment and decoration are exquisite and have a sense of atmosphere, clean and tidy to take pictures. Pushing open the window is the scene. The public area is newly maintained, the service is warm and intimate, the surrounding eating and traveling are convenient, it is very suitable for self-driving to escape the heat, and I will choose here next time."

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the staff lacked initiative in providing service. The room's hardware, all made of solid wood, should be commended. However, compared to a good rest, everything else is extremely poor. A hotel's purpose is to provide a good resting environment; if you can't rest well, everything else is terrible."
