OoldrabbitcnVery good hotel, including dry and wet separation double floor towels, standard five-star facilities are very complete, the children's room is very warm and the Lego blocks are all brand new. It seems that there are not many parent-child rooms on weekdays.
After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention:
1) The ”free pick-up and drop-off service” indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as ”pick up or drop off, only once”, which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sparse population. How can they come up with a special service of ”only pick up but not drop off”? !
2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said ”after checking the room front desk and other departments, no one called, but I don't know who called.”
This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

GGuest UserMust give this hotel a five-star praise! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the living was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, close to Wanda, and it is very convenient to travel and shopping. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and welcoming, and the breakfast tasted good. I accidentally dropped the watch, the room and the front desk took the initiative to help mail it, especially caring and responsible. The hardware is perfect, the service is warm, and the overall stay experience is super satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe environment of the homestay really interprets the word ”on the cloud”. It is located in the mountains, surrounded by clouds and greenery, and the air is full of the fragrance of grass and trees. The architectural design is very artistic, combining ethnic elements with modern simplicity just right, and every corner is very popular. The room has a wide view, and the window is a continuous mountain view. The night is quiet and the insects are left, which is very suitable for relaxing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find, and there is also a paid parking lot (this one is not easy to find). The hotel is very newly decorated (renovated in 2023, relatively popular style), and is very close to Xishan Bridge and Duyun's food street. The only regret is that it started raining heavily before the lights on the bridge came on. There are many supermarkets and snack bars near the hotel. There is also a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient, but it is not noisy and very quiet.

AAnonymous UserThe location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though.
The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not.
I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap.
Overall, I guess it's worth the price.

The wall-mounted air conditioner was fine; the central air conditioning wasn't as effective at cooling, but the airflow avoided blowing directly on the bed, making it comfortable for sleeping. Because we booked multiple rooms, we wanted the hotel to arrange them together, so we called several times beforehand but no one answered. Upon arrival, this resulted in two room changes, which was inconvenient for everyone. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel manager was very cooperative; thank you all! This hotel is one of the closest to the Da Xiao Jing scenic area, as it includes breakfast.

GGuest UserAfter staying for two days, I felt that the facilities were quite new at the beginning, and the overall impression was OK. Then I found that the physical lock of the room door could not be screwed before going to bed on the first day, but because I was too tired, I put two cups at the door and slept first. The next day, I recorded a video to the front desk to reflect the door lock. The male boss quibbled that it was all the same, saying that the physical lock was useless. If there was a card, it would still be opened by a brush from the outside.
Then, the next day, the outrageous thing happened. After inserting the card to get electricity, it came for a while. The power outage came automatically. Finally, after repeated tossing more than 20 times, it was completely out of power. I called the boss to repair it once, and it happened again after 20 minutes, and then repaired it again. In the middle of the night, it was more than 11 o'clock, and the electricity finally stabilized. During the period, the female boss proposed to change the room, but because there were too many things, I didn't want to pack it twice, and refused.
More outrageous things, the male boss came up to repair the electricity and continued to argue with me that the door lock was no problem, but he reached out and twisted it, and the undisguised soul asked: ”Ugh??” Then he continued to argue that other doors were not like this. Anyway, it's quite speechless, there is nothing to say, I'm more unlucky if other doors don't.
