GGuest UserThe first time I stayed at this hotel, the experience was particularly good. The front desk lady was warm and caring. The time to arrive at the store was earlier, and there was no clean room type for the time being. The low-floor transition was arranged first. After there are vacancies in the future, I will actively communicate as soon as possible and help to change to a high-floor room. Although the check-in process is slightly twists and turns, the whole service is patient and thoughtful, the overall stay is comfortable and comfortable, very satisfied, it is recommended!

Rrainie0707Parking is very convenient, eating or something, it is also very convenient to go to Wanda, the only downside is that. The small bed in the triple bed in the parent-child room turned out to be a folding bed. When I slept, it creaked, and everyone else couldn't sleep. There was also the window that couldn't be closed, and the noise outside was quite big, basically not sleeping well. Others are fine! The sister service at the front desk is very good, but the parent-child room has two pairs of shoes and two sets of dental appliances.

The room is clean and odorless, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the location is good, and you can walk to the snack street. The surrounding environment was pleasant, quiet at night, and I slept very well. It was a very comfortable stay. The water quality in Guizhou is excellent, and I had a very enjoyable day. GGuest UserThe room is large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home. Outside the room window is the garden of the community, which is very quiet. The breakfast room is large and the breakfast variety is rich and delicious. The location of the hotel in the city center is convenient, with the bus station just outside the door, and there is a lot of dirt. Suitable for business trip and leisure stay. So we stayed in the hotel for a few more days.

MMVBI traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself. This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!
