OoldrabbitcnVery good hotel, including dry and wet separation double floor towels, standard five-star facilities are very complete, the children's room is very warm and the Lego blocks are all brand new. It seems that there are not many parent-child rooms on weekdays.
After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention:
1) The ”free pick-up and drop-off service” indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as ”pick up or drop off, only once”, which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sparse population. How can they come up with a special service of ”only pick up but not drop off”? !
2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said ”after checking the room front desk and other departments, no one called, but I don't know who called.”
This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

GGuest UserStayed at Ouyi Hotel for two consecutive nights on business trips, and the whole stay was very pleasant. Check-in was done in one minute, and the staff took the initiative to inform the elevator and breakfast location. The room staff cleaned and continued to clean the sanitation very carefully, and the towels and bath towels were clean and dry. The room network is smooth, and the online meeting is not stuck. There are many choices for eating around, no need to forage for food from a long distance, and it is very pleasant to go for a walk by the river after a good meal. Business travel accommodation is cost-effective.

Rrainie0707Parking is very convenient, eating or something, it is also very convenient to go to Wanda, the only downside is that. The small bed in the triple bed in the parent-child room turned out to be a folding bed. When I slept, it creaked, and everyone else couldn't sleep. There was also the window that couldn't be closed, and the noise outside was quite big, basically not sleeping well. Others are fine! The sister service at the front desk is very good, but the parent-child room has two pairs of shoes and two sets of dental appliances.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, and underground parking is really convenient. The family rooms were fully booked when I made the reservation, so I had to book two twin rooms. When we arrived, the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room – that was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and the late check-out until 3 PM was a huge plus.

GGuest UserThe room is large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home. Outside the room window is the garden of the community, which is very quiet. The breakfast room is large and the breakfast variety is rich and delicious. The location of the hotel in the city center is convenient, with the bus station just outside the door, and there is a lot of dirt. Suitable for business trip and leisure stay. So we stayed in the hotel for a few more days.
