Clean, next to the night market, the room is big, the restaurant recommended by the front desk lady tastes good👍. The service is also very good

The room was very good, the bed was very soft, the road was rushed for a day on a business trip, and someone understood the healing moment when lying in bed. The water temperature in the bathroom was well adjusted, and the water was not stimulated and comfortable. The bathroom heating was also sufficient. The bath would not be cold. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too loud and the corridor is too loud. Hope the boss can improve! I will go to Duyun in the future 😁

I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself.  This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!

The hotel environment is good. The room was poorly cleaned. Hairs were everywhere. The toilet had a foul odor. There was a smell inside the room. The air conditioner vent was probably broken and made a lot of noise. I didn't get a good night's rest due to the noise. The breakfast was quite good.

在這裏住了五六天了，位置很方便，八分鐘走到萬達，附近就是公交車站。另外最重要的是房間乾淨整潔，前台一直都有人在哦，比起其他的服務響應就很快，並且老闆人很熱情，服務很好！！！！
