Lower Pinn Farm

We booked at the last minute and Liz was so accommodating. A friendly welcome, large warm clean room with great view and huge comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with lots of choice awaited us. Liz even dried our soaking coats and boots and very kindly put special ice packs in her freezer for me. Nothing was too much trouble for her she recommended local pubs which were super.

We have been here before, and this time was just as good as our previous experiences. Good bedroom, confortable bed, excellent shower, tea and coffee facilities. Organic and decaffeinated. Plenty of choice. Nice quality biscuits. Fridge in room, extremely convenient for fruit or drinks. Fresh milk provided daily. Liz prepares a lovely breakfast. The fish is so fresh and everything is top quality. Fresh fruit, yogurts, etc and full English breakfast. Beautiful country side perfect for dogs and walkers. We had our grandson this time, and he had a lovely time. We very rarely go back to the same place but this is an exception. Really lovely farm, with great hosts.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay here with our little dog, the accommodation is lovely, shower great, location very peaceful and a smashing breakfast. Liz goes out of her way to ensure everything meets your requirements and gives great advice on places to visit. Will certainly be back.

We had a perfect stay for4 nights.Room was huge & had all the amenities a first class hotel would have.Welcoming owners & always ready to help,advise where to have an evening meal.The breakfasts were wonderlulwith fresh fruit always available & fresh fish every day.Such a lovely quiet location & only 2 miles into Sidmouth.

This was an amazing place to stay. We took our two dogs one nearly 7 and one 15 week old pup. First impressions when you walked in were how spotlessly clean it was. There are 3 b&b rooms so it's all very personal. Our host Liz was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble all you had to do was ask. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of choice. They really set you up for the day.. We put the pup in a nappy whilst in the house so there wasn't any accidents and she caught us going out one night and saw. She said how considerent we were and some people just don't care. Liz pointed us in the right direction to the coastal walks which we had access to if we walked down the side of one of their fields. Sidmouth is a good walk via the costal path so the dogs got to go on the beach and in the sea several time. Otterton is a nice walk in the opposite direction and had a lovely pub where we got chatting to some local residents and had a lovely time, we also ate there. Another walk was Ladron bay I think it's called which has a huge caravan park and a beach but it's privately owned and no dogs allowed at any time. We had a lovely time and we will definitely return.
