"After a 3 1/2 hour drive from Northamptonshire I arrived on a miserable. cold, damp day for a beer prior to a match at Sandy Park. Despite the pub being almost empty I was refused service inside as, if one is drinking only on a match day, it has to be done outside. There was no cover available outside despite the inclement March weather. I ordered a beer at the outside bar only to be told thst there was NONE! Lager and cider only. One of the young men then whent into the pub, all of 5 yards away, to see if he could bring me a beer from inside (there were numerous beers on tap inside) but he came back saying that he was not allowed to bring any beer outside. His embarassment was obvious. In short, a pub with NO BEER on offer to Rugby fans. Shan't be going again and I'd advise you to do the same if you drink beer. Poor show Blue Ball."
