We had an incredibly fun stay! Perfect water park for our kids (ages 1 and 3). There are two big water slides for older kids, indoor/outdoor hot tub, lazy river, pool, and playground splash pad for youngins. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfy! Highly recommend booking a stay here

Stayed here 2 years ago and it’s so much better now. The waterpark is awesome, the kids had a blast. Lifeguards were super nice unlike some places. Front desk and breakfast staff was also friendly with a smile! Will be back!

I liked that the air conditioning system in the room was a split system, so the loud compressor parts were outside, and the quiet operation of cooling the room was taking place inside the room. I also appreciated that there were blackout shades as well as shears. The room was spotless.

We stayed Tuesday- check out Thursday. Great rate for a very clean facility, comfortable bed with great breakfast options. Loved the pancake machine and yogert dispencer. Check in person asked us right away -:do you know the water park is not open during your stay - yes, I checked online hours and was aware. No riff-raff in this area like other cities st at and easy to get around with our exploring between Baxter, Brainerd and Nisswa.
