Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club

I had a great overall experience staying at The Villages at Ocean Edge! The check in process was easy and the staff was able to accommodate my check-in early request. I would book another stay in the future and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Always an amazing experience, I was greeted by Elena at the front desk, I can't say enough about her she is so accommodating! Also the location is amazing beautiful views, bike rentals / kayaks available just a perfect place to get away! Also food on the property was excellent and convenient.

The Best On Cape! Company business and stayed in Britteriage Villas. Spacious beyond comparison and well appointed, very comfortable for my wife and I. We attended a function on Ocean Terrace, amazing service and atmosphere and the views of the Cape from the terrace are amazing. Sunset at the Beach Bar couldn't be beat either. We look forward to coming back again, next time for a personal getaway. Great place, amazing staff and best location on Cape Cod.

Great find. Units are like a townhouse and include kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable bed.

Easy check in with small inconvenience. Email directions state to sign in at mansion. When I arrived I was told to go across street. This also happened last year. This is my 4th time staying at the resort. The Villa was the worst Villa I have stayed in. Had street view. There were very few people staying here So I don't know why I wasn't booked into one of the golf course views that looked to be available. The couch was very uncomfortable and made a loud noise when sitting on it. Obvious it is old and needs to be replaced. Bathroom toilet seat is stained. No paper towels in kitchen. Called house keeping twice, left message did not get call back. Had to call concierge. They were delivered. T.V. in bedroom did not work. Called and left 2 messages no one called back. Finally got someone with third call. This is our 4th year booking the resort and it was the most disappointing stay.

Arrived to check in around seven pm. Place was recommended by relative that lives local. Was given keys but they didn’t work to open the door. Left my husband with the luggage at the door and put my daughter back in the car, drove back to the check in area, and reported the problem. Seemed like guy didn’t even believe me but he did something to the keys and gave them back. Told me to call the number on the key card if it doesn’t work again. We returned to the door and keys still don’t work. There is no service on the bottom floor where we are trying to get into the room. I left my daughter and husband with the luggage and went up to the road to call. No one answered the phone at the number he just told me to call. I drove back to the check in area. Guy tells me to go back and wait at door for maintenance. I chose to wait there since my husband was at the door. Refused to give me another room, etc. Just kept telling me I could cancel (would have if I had somewhere else to stay) and that if I wanted to see a manager I could drive to the mansion area. My husband tried to reach a manager from his phone and eventually did. It took nearly 90 minutes for us to get into a room (door lock battery was dead, had to give us another room because by 8:30 we refused to wait for them to fix it). Entered the new room, still no cell service, TV doesn’t work. Husband spent quite a bit of time outside on phone with manager after that who was willing to comp a $27 resort fee for our two nights and offered him dinner (we had to get my child to bed, not go to dinner). Absurd and doesn’t remotely make up for this experience. Will never return.

The one bedroom condo’s at the Village’s are perfect for a weekend stay for our family. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Restaurants are great and Mansion grounds beautiful. The villages are perfect for a family getaway. Will definitely visit again!

We had a great time at ocean's edge,Staff was very nice, everything was very clean, course was in excellent condition,highly recommended. Ray and the staff at the Lynx bar were awesome, great drinks and great food, definitely will be back next year!
