They were very accommodating and greeted us warmly. The room was clean and organized. I liked this hotel because it is pretty close to the Amish store.

We had a very negative experience with this hotel. When we came into the hotel, we had to switch rooms because of the smoke smell in our room. In the new room, we found a bedbug as we were going to bed, and immediately told the manager and she confirmed seeing it. She said the manager would call us the next day. We left the hotel as we were not going to stay the night in a place with bedbugs. We didn't receive any contact from the hotel the next day. We called them, and the manager said they needed a pest control inspection to be done and they would call us back after that. Again, they did not call us back and we had to call ourselves to find out that the pest control apparently didn't find any bugs and that people were staying in the room again. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The hotel itself was very old and not in good condition, but ultimately we couldn't even sleep there because of their pest problem.

It's owned by an Indian. The location is relatively remote. Both the facilities and the service attitude are very average. The sound insulation effect is very poor. You can hear the sounds from outside clearly. The front desk clerk is not very honest. I paid the deposit in cash without reminding him. Retreat, I have no intention of retreating at all.

I found the stay to be unpleasant - bad smells, mold, noise, uncomfortable bed, etc. The room looked updated and clean but the bathroom did not. It was tolerable for 1 night but I'm glad my stay was not longer.

All around, Very Good. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and have always found it to be a good jump off point for touring the Lancaster area. It is far enough off the main road, Highway 30, so that you are not kept awake all night by tractor trailers or other vehicles.

The beds were very uncomfortable the pillows ****** we found a bug in the bed when we were leaving and the whole place reached like Curry all the time

The room smelled moldy, the WiFi worked half the time and the room was not swept. Just not a good experience for me

The motel met all our needs for a place to stay, regarding location and a reasonable price for the room. We will likely stay at this motel again when we visit the area.

This hotel is not a bad option if you’re looking for a place to Rest your head while you are on a short 1 or 2 day trip and looking for a budget hotel. Do not expect a hardy breakfast. It’s a fair continental breakfast at best.

Was very disappointed in this hotel, had a leaky sink, went to front desk and he gave us towels to put under sink, there was a terrible stench in the room we told the guy, he said that stench was not there when we arrived, because he had personally checked, ( but knew exactly what we were talking about) then he says he will be in to spray the room it with air freshener.

The room had an awful smell and the staff was very unhelpful. All they did was spray air freshener over the walls, curtains and air conditioner . He knew about the smell and tried to tell us it didn’t smell before we entered because he “supposedly “”personally “checked it but it was very obvious that he knew about it. Then the room smelled worse than ever. It was a mixture of air freshener and ammonia.Also the pictures are way out of date and definitely doesn’t look the same,
