The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the city. It takes a 15-minute walk and two parks to reach Melbourne's free tram area. In addition, the room is clean and sanitary, and it has its own parking lot in the backyard, which is rare. ;The best thing is that the staff are polite and kind. Special thanks to the staff member Gary, who provided us with a lot of information and guidance about visiting here.

Great location! You can easily walk to the city center on foot. Good breakfast. But keep in mind that the buffet works when there are a lot of guests in the hotel. If there are not many guests, then the choice of breakfast variations depends solely on the manager)
One of us only fried scrambled eggs, but the other one also baked pancakes for children for scrambled eggs)

Georgian Court Inn is in a lovely and quiet spot in East Melbourne with public transport options close by. The larger rooms especially are comfortable and pleasant.
The staff were helpful every time I needed something and always friendly. This is a great value option and I would stay here again.

The place was cheap and did the job for only going there to sleep. Got what we paid for. It’s fine.
The room description said queen size bed but it was definitely a double.
There was mould in the bathroom and no soaps for us to use, only two packets of shampoo.
The aircon was not the best but did the job.
Lots of places throughout the hotel that need a touch up, it’s very old and has had barley any work done.
The entire place has an odd smell of dust and other stuff and I couldn’t stop sneezing the whole time.
Everything was cheap, TV was cheap, towels were cheap, pillow covers were cheap.
But, the staff were lovely and helpful.
The location is very good.
The hotel is beautiful on the outside.
The bed was very comfy.

The man "running the show" was extremely friendly and approachable. The building is not new by any means but the room had all that was needed for me. Clean, comfy bed, big screen tv, hot shower, hot drink making facility. It wasn't 5 star but definitely good enough for me. And only about a 1.5 km walk to the tennis centre. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say something about the door being a bit stiff to open and close (just due to movement/weather of the old building is my guess) and there was no fan in my bathroom. Everything else was absolutely fine. Oh and the cooked breakfast in the morning had great variety :)

We did not stay.
Booked (which I didn’t) and had no reminder or pre- guest message to advise of booking.
No one returned my call as to why I was billed for something I didn’t book nor stay at.
$200 gone without my knowledge.
