酒店提供免費的無限的水和牛奶，特別難得。我們在澳洲住的酒店多數都沒有水。
服務也不錯，24小時有人。
唯一不方便的是停車點有點遠。

Fantastic experience for me & teenager kids. We loved being so close to the Princess Theatre & great cafes & food & city centre. The staff were so welcoming and even changed the bar fridge when I said I’m not drinking alcohol so they changed it to suit us! Lollies & chomps in the lobby we’re a favourite and the towels & beds made each day. Staff outlined a map for suggestions & we felt so welcomed with a Jenga game & smiles! Definitely coming back. Home away from home in Melbourne.

We had an early check in (which was unheard off without a cost these days) though our intention was to check if carpark/care off luggages were available. The room was a good size with TV in every room. The living space was huge and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room and at the lobby. It was a plesant expereince with amenities at bay - banks, restaurants, cafes, malls.

Thanks ovolo for the wonderful stay! Awesome mini bar and light breakfast snacks. The coffee machine at the lobby was a godsend during winter. Close to both the tram and train station too!

Perfectly located hotel with the friendliest staff in town! It’s wonderful that you can stay with your dog and the park is around the corner. You even get unlimited treats and the dogs do too!

I was so impressed with ovolo laneways! The staff were super friendly and so accomodating, nothing was a problem. They had freebies galore, best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back

It's a beautiful cool boutique apartment loft style hotel with cute cool things in the lobby and very nice staff and the rooms we had a 2 bedroom suite, are super cool, lovely minimal furniture and great location. Amazing beds and bathroom no bath tub in our room maybe you have to ask for a bathtub room or they dont have them I didnt ask. Theres 24 hour reception and no intercom. Great hotel all up!

Outstanding staff and reception at the Laneways Ovolo. 2 bedroom apartment funky and had everything comfortable--sofa great, beds very comfy. Most of all was the wonderful care I had from staff while there when I was unwell for a whole week.. They sent me goodie baskets to my room to cheer me up and made sure I was ok. Big thanks to all the staff, especially to Louisa who is a gem. All the staff warm and friendly, and nothing is a bother to ask them. Thank you Ovolo!

Loved staying at Laneways, it was conveniently located near everything we needed/wanted to do on our trip! Heaps of great food options nearby and the actual hotel was super cute style. There was a lot included complimentary with our room - a drink from the bar each night, heaps of snacks and breakfast! The staff were some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, very chatty and readily offered recommendations. Already planning to stay again, felt like I was staying with family!
