We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

I made booking with Baileys serviced apartments but they put my booking with Baileys Motel. I have a group of 7 elderly with me stranded on the road in the middle of the night under the cold weather, waiting for the staff to come over aft 5 hours to resolve this issue. Bad experience for this first and last time visit.

Smallest room in Perth. Stained carpets and dubious plastic wrappings on window sills and bathroom.

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property.

I booked two rooms for 4 people. You can cook. The room is big enough and the view from the balcony is also good.

Wonderful stay. Flew in from out bush and although reception was closed, Raj organised for the key to be in the lockers out front. Wonderful service from Raj and his staff. Room was well proportioned with really comfy bed. It has bedside tables and lights each side. There is a built in robe with iron, ironing board, extra blanket and clothes rack. The room has a desk and cupboard with (amazingly) a small microwave as well as the normal kettle, cups, coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom is compact and clean. The view consists of the white wall of the next building, but hey, who needs a view for a sleeping room? I will definitely be making this my regular Perth base.

Spent a very enjoyable week as a guest of Raj and his team. They provide a very comfortable place to stay in East Perth within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and the excellent public transport system. Raj is a great host and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Place is like Faulty Towers. Reception runs a 7 hr window 9am till 4pm. Theres no wifi. The letter they give you on check in is outdated. I arrived at 5.30pm and was locked out of my apartment as the lock was broken. Had to call the after hours number and ot took them some 45 mins before it was all sorted. The building is tired, apartments are sparse and poor value. I have seen better furnishings in an op shop. C

After a flight delay of 6hrs myself and 2 teenage boys arrived from all day travelling - at 1130pm Got in ok all fine! Apartments are actually nice for all you need big verandahs etc but it stops there! I had organised a rollaway bed and got a email confirmation then even rang on day of arrival to confirm again and yep you guessed it got in dead dog tired with 2 boys and NO extra bed in a 1 bedrm rm! I was irate really disappointed I rung the after hrs which is goof for sweet FA the guy was somewhere else and not interested at all Then next morning got my rollaway We needed air as they are stuffy rooms Now day 2 aircons just do not work at all no idea but no use ringing as no one at reception after 3pm Totally unmanned so you are pretty stuffed if your room has something wrong Ps- was told prior that if any troubles go up the road to other baileys motel they have reception Well told at 1130 when arrived they do not have reception! So they lie and just dont care once they pack up at 4 from reception and go home!!! Really annoyed is being nice right now They have potential as they close to bus, food etc if only they gave a crap

Arrival went almost smoothly, rooms weren’t ready and were still being cleaned on arrival, no biggie we were informed they were under staffed that day which was understandable and we didn’t mind at all waiting but then the problems didn’t stop….lifts broke down minutes after checking in, not managements fault but the lack of building knowledge or how to get to our rooms via stairs was disappointing, only when my partner explained about the fire escape doors being exit only for the 5th time was a key finally sourced to give access to our floors and rooms (with all our valuables and keys in it!), following this we found our friends key card had stopped giving access to our shared apartment room which was quickly sorted…..or so we thought….hallways and rooms had a slight mouldy smell, lamps missing light bulbs, 2 of the 3 aircons just not turning on at all (even after following manuals provided in the back of the guest book and trying multiple different remotes!) all of which we deemed too difficult to even bother bringing up with management due to our previous interaction. After returning from the city late at night we found out or key card had now stopped working and we had no access to our apartment! After calling the after hours mobile only to find its now disconnected we called the land line provided to find the so called ‘night carer’ which turned out to be someone from a neighbouring building with also no knowledge of the apartments! After attempting to give us access to the master key from the lockbox at the front of the building (wrong code no access again surprise, surprise) frustrated and tired we gave in and ended up asking our friends to cut their night short to come back and try their card to let us in. When addressed with reception the following morning about the previous nights debacle we were treated to a blank stare and unapologetic response after fixing the card for us my partner asked the receptionist if this would possibly now cause our friends card to stop working again to which we were told it would and she’d need both cards to be brought down at the same time to be able to give them simultaneous access….WTF so they knew only 1 card would have access from the beginning….Huge, Huge lack of management and training. How about instead of being defensive and finding excuses to every review you actually do something and spend a day (or week) training your staff!
