Sorry bathtub. Broken dish washer. Old style TV so unable to use our streaming accounts. Not what we were expecting for what we paid. Very disappointed. Cleaned the bathtub myself. Reported dish washer but wasn't repaired. Booked a place wroth a dish washer so we wouldn't have to wash up every time some one ate. Not particularly happy.

There was a couple of strands of hair in the bed and a couple on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t as clean. The side lamp and kitchen cupboard door were broken BUT, as soon as I reported it, maintenance was on it straight away and fixed them immediately. The front desk receptionist are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend.

Great location for Perth city. However, found insects on the bed sheet. Need to request housekeeping for stay shorter than 5 days. Broken clothes rack was never replaced. Improvement required for a 4-star accommodation.

Service was bad. Ac nit working. We have to keep asking for towels. Carpets were old

Good place to stay at Perth CBD. Clean and well managed property.

For get the location and the good sized apartments, must be in the top 5 in Perth for rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Next time I will rather travel further to my appointments rather then stay here

Hotel was nice and clean, with paid sheltered carpark. Staff was really friendly and helpful despite us checking in late! convenient location, near to many car rental places as well

Good location and good price for what I needed (2 bedroom apartments!). Convenient parking in building or on street if you can find it. Room is slightly dim though.

My family of 5 stayed at Mantra on Hay for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom-2toilet apartment on the ground floor. The apartment looked as per the images, though the toilets are a slightly dated and the water pipes do get a little noisy. Overall it is still a good experience and my family had a great stay. :)

Friendly staff, great location and easy access. Very comfy room perfect for the weekend

The room is large and the price-performance ratio is a good choice. It's better than staying in a hotel when the price is low. At least there is a balcony for ventilation.

Negative: -The room is old, the sofa is worn and discolored, and there is a musty smell when entering the room. The bathroom only has shampoo and conditioner, but no hand soap or shower gel. I asked the house keeping attendant and there was no big bottle, so I was given three small bottles for travel. -The management is very problematic and the service is very poor! 1. Arriving at night, I was blocked by the access control and couldn't get in. There was no one at the front desk, so I found out that it was not a hotel, but an apartment. However, I didn't see any reminder of this working time on any Accor, booking or Ctrip platform in advance. Hotel orders There is no prompt on it either. Called the hotel and gave two codes to get the key from the box in front. 2. Regardless of whether the order is made through the official or channel, if there are no spare rooms, the hotel will not give any feedback to the booking department! Send an email and someone will reply! And why can I book a room through these channels if I don’t have a room? Early the next morning, the front desk told me that they had not received the order placed on the Accor app and there were no rooms left. The two-bedroom apartment that my colleague booked through Ctrip can be directly renewed for one day. I thought that just for one day, I could go to the Novetel next door and stay for one night. I told the front desk that I still had two rooms that had been paid for three days and asked her to confirm it for me in advance. She told me that there was no way to confirm it! 3. When we came back from noveltel early on the third day, we told the front desk that if there was a room, we would like to move into it. Otherwise, according to the hotel's requirement, we would have to leave our luggage at the front desk for check-out at 10 o'clock, and we could not check in until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Please reply to my message. We waited in the room until around 10 o'clock when three groups of people knocked on the door and kicked us out saying they needed to be cleaned. I said that the room was not arranged, and I was calling the agent Ctrip who was not willing to wait for me. If we had to pack our bags and move out, we would not stay in this hotel. After packing and checking out, I told the manager that if there was no other room available and we couldn't stay in two hotels for three days, we would cancel that room. That's when I started asking him to check it out for me. Come over to me in ten minutes and tell me no. I said cancel and was very unhappy. Positive: The dishwasher and dryer are very satisfactory, and the two bedrooms and one living room are relatively spacious. There was only one hotel room on the first day, but I was given a two-bedroom apartment, which my colleagues were very satisfied with.

The room is quite big and OK. It was a good stay.

Have stayed here a few times now and it is what is expected for a 4 star hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating and tended to all my needs. Accor plus member so was offered discounted parking which I took up. No breakfast offered as no working restaurant onsite although there is a chit restaurant attached to hotel but independent. Ideally located on edge of city.
