We booked this hotel for the Brighton marathon weekend with months in advance, and they accepted the booking, before taking payment with a few weeks to go. Then out of the blue I received an email saying there was "refurbishment" going on (which I'm pretty sure there isn't). Luckily I booked through a third party site so I should be able to get a refund but the service was disgraceful and I am yet to even hear back from them about it.

Had a lovely stay in this central located nicely decorated apar**ent, Some very nice touches made it feel very comfortable homely and modern, overall very clean and comfortable, The bed was dreamy however the sofa in our room was a bit tired and could do with replacing. The remote control was also playing up which made choosing a film and adjusting the volume very difficult, They provide 2 coffee pods , 2 tea bags etc as 2 guests were staying, in other places I have stayed more tea bags and sugar have been available on request, so that was a bit disappointing but there is a corner shop literally 2 mins from the guest house I was able to buy sugar and tea from. Overall this place is aesthetically pleasing and I thought it was value for money :)

Overall lovely property, slight problem with our room which the hosts were quick to fix for us.
So close to train station, bus routes, shops etc.
Lovely walks not to far away.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean and has all amenities. The only downside is that there is no staff onsite after 4pm.

The building is lovely, White clean and modern. The room we stayed in was really nice. Stylish, spotlessly clean with loads of nice touches. I really liked how it had been decorated. Beads were comfy and the linen was plush! Great location to the town and the hosts were easy to get hold of, and honestly could not do enough to help. Would recommend and will return. 5/5

Blown away,was nice to find great accommodation in eastbounre,bubbly staff who made the experince even better for my birthday, they even organised me a cake and decorated the room,bed was extemely comfy and finnish was high end,we travel alot we loved it ❤️ x

Me and my partner stayed for our anniversary, and we were so impressed with the room and detail! I'm trying to find something to pick at but I can't.. I'll most certainly be booking again and recommending to friends and family! It's such a great location aswell which is a bonus. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay N and C
