we had to call 2 time during the night,our 21 month old small one was shevering since they have turn off the heater,then one of the store staff has provided us external heater,we have paid for all the facilities but seems like manager needs to cut down the cost by turning off the heater by their end to save money,,patetic to see something from a best hotel in the area......

Booked the last sea view room available at short notice. Very nice room but found the double bed a little small (but comfortable) as we have a super king at home. Impressed with the entire hotel which was very clean and spacious; extremely helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

Really good stay. Great size comfortable room- whole public area spacious. Was a bit worried about dogs staying there but didn't experience any issues. Good bar and restaurant- both necessary as it poured down. Had paid for sea view which would have been lovely had it not been so wet and windy.

Poor WiFi coverage. Uncomfortable bed. Hotel room was grubby at best. Shower was difficult to regulate with poor water pressure. Certain staff members came across as unfriendly. Electronic key card repeatedly failed to open the room door. Limited room facilities. One great aspect was the breakfast, food was first class. The entrance and reception area, bar and dining room are of a high standard but the internal corridors, carpets and wall paint are grubby at best.
