What a lovely place! I came here by surprise. My husband prepared me a baby moon and I didn’t know how perfect would be. Selina was lovely, attentive, caring every single detail and always smiling. The room was spotless and the domestic service lady super friendly as well. Breakfast was included and was delicious and full of variety. Lots of nice place to eat and longs walks available nearby. Parking on the street for 2£ per day. I am expecting a baby in around 3 weeks and we will definitely back to enjoy this lovely hotel in the near future. Thank you Selina for making our stay unforgettable.

The Beach Front guesthouse is a comfortable, seaside guesthouse with a home from home feeling. The rooms are light and airy and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a king size, sea view room with fantastic views of the beach and pier. Lovely to sit in the window seats, watching the world go by. The breakfast is exceptional and cooked to order. All the staff are so welcoming and take an interest in what you have planned. Selina, Karen and the team make you feel so welcome. Not the first time we’ve stayed there and certainly not the last!

Wonderful guest house, fantastic sea views from coast-facing front rooms, could hear the sea while lying in bed! Selina kindly organised an ice bucket and champagne glasses for my partners for our arrival for my partner's birthday. Breakfast was deliciously cooked, rooms comfortable, well stocked for beverages/mini fridge and exceptionally clean. Parking a bit hit and miss outside but £2 per day for a voucher was good value. Only slight downside is there are a lot of stairs to 2nd/3rd floors (no lift) so probably not suitable for everyone. Thoroughly recommended as a perfect location to explore Esstbourne.

Fabulous stay. Furnished to a very high standard throughout the building. Very comfortable bed, shower was great, room beautifully furnished. Very good choice of breakfast, had the full English which was very tasty, good quality ingredient’s. Staff very welcoming and friendly😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Front Hotel! Really warm welcome and such a friendly team. We stayed in the sea view room 4 which did not disappoint. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was on the main seafront promenade. Super spacious and clean room. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast is alone well worth the stay. Great value for money! Highly recommended.

I had such a very nice wonderful stay at the Beach Front with Selena ,Karen, Duncan .They all looked after me exceptionally well I would love to be able to come back. Again.The Breakfast and company was so lovely . The food was so good too.My room was lovely the bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud..It's a lovely , beautiful place to stay and I highly recommend it.Thankyou again to to Selena ,Karen and Duncan for your wonderful hospitality .I miss you all and Eastbourne so very much..God Bless.

Every time I go to Eastbourne on business I always stay at the Beach Front Guest House. It is my home from home because I am normally away a week at a time. Staff are wonderful and so friendly. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. The breakfast selection is great and the food tastes amazing. The location of the house is right on the beach front and they have an amazing seating area outside and inside for when its raining to just sit and watch the sea. Its a must if going to Eastbourne 🙂💖
