Top Unterkunft mit super schön ausgestatteten Zimmer. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber die jederzeit mit guten Tipps weiterhelfen konnten. Das Frühstück war super lecker und pro Person individuell zubereitet. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen van het hotel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en erg smakelijk. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon en fris. Mooi gebouw, de ligging is prima. In de straat kun je zeer voordelig recht voor de deur parkeren.

An excellent quality hotel run by a very friendly and knowledgeable couple (who live on the premises). The whole place was comfortable, clean, quiet yet right where it's all happening in Eastbourne. Breakfast more than set me up for the day. Good value too.

This is a real gem of a hotel. Well appointed room, comfy bed, good bathroom. The owners were really welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was superb. We only stayed one night as we were in the area on a training walk, but plan to return to explore Eastbourne properly and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hotel, we had booked this based on location to an event we were attending and hadn’t seen any reviews. We absolutely could not fault any part of the stay at all, the room was superbly and tastefully furnished, the bed was comfortable and the hosts very friendly indeed. The breakfast was of excellent quality and very well cooked, even the toast was perfect with a nice crunch. Can recommend the cocktails, certainly better quality than you will find in many other local establishments. We would defiantly stay here again. Highly recommended and deserving of its high rating. 99/100… would have given it 100 if the mains sockets had USB sockets on them. Didn’t affect us but it’s a nice touch if someone had forgotten their charger.

Brilliant stay, spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed, Great choice of top end toiletries. Breakfast was hot, tasty with a great choice. If you only stay at one hotel in Eastbourne make sure it is this one. You will not find better hosts. We will certainly return. Thank you for a great weekend.

Fantastic hotel and certainly worthy of all the great reviews. We stayed with our 1 year old who had a lovely time toddling around the spacious executive room and was well looked after at breakfast. Lots of nice little touches, a comfy bed and a wonderful variety of breakfast foods on offer. We hope to stay again soon.

Chris and Caroline were very welcoming and great hosts. We had a lovely executive room that was very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was first rate. Unfortunately my husband left his coat behind but Caroline contacted us and posted it back which we felt was very good of her. Property is very convenient for the town’s restaurants and the Winter Gardens. We will definitely stay again if we are visiting the area.

This is the No 1 reviewed hotel/B&B in Eastbourne. There are a very great number of reasons why this is deservedly so - not least the owners' care of guests and attention to detail. You would be wasting your money if you were to stay elsewhere!!
