Weekend stay check in was very good staff very helpful,bit disappointed as staff shortages meant no evening dining was available , but still a very enjoyable weekend the hotel was very warm and welcoming
Room was very nice,but could probably do with a make over lining paper peeling from ceiling and bathroom light switch rope very dirty where guests had pulled down on the string

I stayed at this hotel with my two brothers and we all had single rooms. The rooms were excellent and a good size, as I’ve stayed in hotels in the past single rooms can be like cupboards. We all had breakfast which was fantastic and good value. The restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat and the staff were very helpful. All round a great place to stay. May Liddiard

Booked for weekend with my daughter in December for a concert at winter garden (2 mins walk from hotel)
Enjoyed our stay and we liked our room. Bed was large and very comfortable. Large Bathroom with nice shower. Good location for 15/20 min walk to town. Parking was an added bonus at the hotel too after a long drive from Suffolk.
Nice polite staff and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel on the Friday which was pleasant.

Very nice two night stay. Guy at check in was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, nice and overlooked the garden. Large comfy bed, bathroom had a shower and a bath. There are a couple of lounges where you can sit and relax. Free wi-fi.
Breakfast was very good with a wide range of items - cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, various choices of cooked meals, toast etc.
Free car parking on site. Easy walk to town where there are numerous restaurants and bars.
We did not eat in the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked good.
Would stay again and recommend.
