There’s parking outside the hotel, nice view and atmosphere , but the hotel room really historic and there’s a big gap at the room door…….

Easy to find and good location however after a hectic day the greeting from the receptionist was less than welcoming. He was on the phone to someone and continued with his conversation without acknowledgement or comment. Asked for my ID to which I replied I didn't know I need to provide one especially as paid directly with travel agent and is not necessary. He told me no I'd you not stay I will cancel booking. I said all I'm saying is it would be nice to know beforehand and should be in the confirmation email. It got heated. Finally got my keys. No lift and on top floor. No offer of assistance. Room adequate and comfortable for price paid. Receptionist came and apologised which was appreciated. All. In all a comfortable stay but unlikely to return

Although there are no restaurant or bar amenities and the lift was out of order for the entire time the hotel is fantastic. I was given a very well presented and comfortable room (24) with a large, modern bathroom (bath with rain shower). The staff were very helpful, carrying my heavy suitcase upstairs to my room and the housekeeping made sure the hotel is clean and well serviced. Enjoyed my stay over the Christmas period very much.

The hotel is very close to the beach and it easy to find. I arrived quite late night. There is a man who is like a receptionist and I was on the phone all the time. He is not that helpful and service mind. I ask him about leave my luggage after I checked out for like 3-4 hours but he said I need to pay 20 for that. I don't understand why do I need to pay. I have been stay in many hotels and I never be charged for that kind of service. I am so disappointed with that. The room is big and kind of ok, no toothpaste and toothbrush. Overall was ok for the room not the staff. If you are willing to stay for a short period, it should be fine.

Absolute disgrace. We booked through ******* and after booking accepted and our money taken we got 3 emails with their terms and conditions on. One of these conditions said we needed a valid debit card on arrival so they could pre authorise a payment in case of damages. Also said we had to give 48 hours notice before arrival. We booked for the next day for god sake. These conditions should have been published before we booked. Now the best part..try and find a direct phone number for them. We contacted ******* to get our money back and for the hotel number and all numbers given were not of the hotel.
