Langham Hotel Eastbourne

I just got back from Langham hotel and I found it very good nice room with good shower and good food if limited its is close to the shops and pier which is good the only 2 things which I was not happy with is the dinning room was a bit dark needs to be lighter but ok enough and the bed was rock hard needs to be softer but all in all I was happy staying there

I recently spent 5 days in this wonderful hotel , with a group from South Wales. The hotel was extremely clean and in very good order. The staff were polite and efficient and the food was amazing. Thank you Langham Hotel for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Average hotel, which is a bit dated and could do with some inves**ent to update the hotel. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work, which was reported to reception but not repaired. The room was small but had a comfortable bed. It is a quiet hotel with little to no entertainment in the evenings. The hotel location is direct on the seafront and away from the town centre. The front of house staff are helpful and polite, and the bedroom was kept nice and clean. Although the bed was made so tight, it was like getting into a straight jacket. The food was well cooked and presented, although the waiting staff could do with a little further training regards serving and not to lean over guests while serving and collection of meals, etc. Would not be staying again.

Lunch was fantastic. All the food was very well presented. Crab starter Mussels Sea bream Lamb Pork Desserts Pannacota Custard mousse & poached pear. Staff where very very good & polite. This is my 2nd time at the Langham hotel. I will definitely be returning.

Our 3rd short stay visit. This is a lovely seafront Hotel with excellent staff who are always attentive and helpful. The sea view rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The Resturant has a varied menu and a quality a**osphere. Particularly pleasant are the tables in the conservatory which look directly out to the seafront.

We (six friends) had a fabulous stay last year and so it was an easy decision as to where our next break would be….. back to the Langham! From the minute we arrived until we left after two nights we received the most brilliant service from every single member of staff. The food is just amazing and brilliant value. The hotel has its own special charm. Special thanks to Damien and Miguel. We absolutely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning.

Went to The Langham Hotel yesterday for Sunday Lunch, it was absolutely wonderful, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the service was first class and the food is brilliant, great choice of starters and then we had roast beef! The lunch yesterday was perfect, the beef was beautifully cooked and was really tender, there was a good choice of vegetables, including Cauliflower Cheese! it was great value for money.

Very comfortable hotel with charming staff and an exceptional restaurant. The building is very well maintained inside and out and there is great attention to detail. I personally would have preferred a duvet rather than a sheet and blanket but it has to be said that the latter is more hygienic which is appreciated as the standard of cleanliness is exemplary. Very suitable for someone with mobility issues, such as myself, in terms of access - and reception staff were very helpful when I booked my stay in terms of discussing which rooms would suit me. I hope to return!
