The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is free parking with the hotel and the hotel is also at a good location with every sight seeing attraction within walking distance. They also offer free breakfast with great selection of food. The bed and facilities seem clean and immaculate. P.S. We travelled with our toddler and the hotel staff was so attentive that they offered to provide us a baby cot. The room was spacious even after adding the cot.

No soundproofing. Everytime neighbour flushed toilet sounded like ours was being flushed. Wall paper thin can hear everything going on in corridor. Small single bed, very uncomfortable. Pillow rock hard. Shower good but drains blocked and flooded bathroom. Towels old, grey and thin. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. No where to get a hot or cold drink in hotel. No private parking. We had to park in car park 2and day and pay. Receptionists very miserable and unhelpful young and old, not interested in any problems , ours was with parking, we had to pay. Reception area and toilets in the lobby, super clean, modern and comfortable, upstairs a different story. No minibar in room. No terrace in hotel. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Ordered takeaway dinner through menu at reception from selimiye kebab, it was excellent. Location excellent for shopping and sights but very noisy inside and outside hotel. I would not stay here again. You can get a far superior, cleaner, quiter, with parking hotel in the city centre with more facilities for the same money or less.

Stayed here for a night and it was the only affordable hotel I can found near with Selimiye Camii. Everything is perfect, very clean and all the furnitures looks very new. The location just near the merkez. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommended!

The hotel is cool, it's located very close to the main street. It's cozy and looks new. Breakfast is nice, offers variety and quality! Rooms are clean, have everything you may need for a short stay. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. In general we recommend the hotel for a short stay. Personnel doesn't really speak English so communication goes through with a lot of hand language but they are friendly and patient and do try to help :-) No elevator, narrow spiral stairs so if you have a lot of luggage or issues climbing stairs make sure to request a room on the first floor.
