I enjoyed my breakfast with a nice view of the North Saskatchewan River. The staff was friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and check-out. I would return and stay at this hotel.

Very interesting how every single hotel I’ve been at gives you complimentary water bottles, but this one charges you 4$ per bottle, also parking is atrocious. Just an FYI if you decide to stay here!

Very clean and big bright room with a view of Hotel MacDonald. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and bright facing the river. Great central location and easy to get around downtown Edmonton. Downtown Edmonton sometimes gets a bit quiet at night. I can never decide between staying downtown or in the west end.

Very nice clean property. Convenient for downtown events. Parking costs were unexpected and very high which I didn’t know about prior to my stay.

Positives - The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient to the Shaw Convention Centre. The valet parking was quick and easy. We asked for more cups in our room and they were brought up promptly. They kept our luggage in the back room as our conference was longer than our stay allowed us to stay in our hotel room - thanks.
Negatives - The comforter had blood on it. The temperature in our room wouldn't work properly, as it was too hot. A maintenance man tried to fix it but to no avail. We were offered a different room but were already in our pajamas. Our toilet was clogged when we first got to our room. When a maintenance person was called, they came quickly and got it unclogged.
