Thinking to experience a few hotels during my month stay in Edmonton, I only booked at the Cedar Park Inn for my first week of my month in Edmonton, but soon extended my stay for the entire month. The multicultural multinational staff here are very helpful friendly and understandable. In particular I would like to commend Alisha and Anna on the front desk, who are brave enough to have effectively controlled access to undesirables that would upset the rest of their guests, and Rishi and Ann, two of the servers at the included buffet breakfast. The Best Western Rewards sales and regular points are a nice bonus too! I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that varies each day with different eggs, bacon or sausages, cereals, juices, fresh fruits and coffee tea etc. Cedar Park Inn is within easy walking distance to three big box grocery stores, and many restaurants, fast foods, and general shopping plazas with shoe repairs and medical outlets. Unlike most clerical staffs, the front desk, manager, and maintenance staffs are willing to put themselves out to prevent and stop drunken and other undesireables from making other guests feel at risk. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean with no smell of cleaners or smoke like in most motels. Room cleaning services are excellent. The manager and maintenance staff are responsives and spend their days diligently address any issues.
